Great place to stay for the budget traveller. Big spacious rooms and well maintained facility. Great service and very courteous staff. Close to the station and the main market.

We were offered a beautiful and a spacious room post our check-in process. Their staff members are efficient and hospitable towards all customers. Cleanliness norms are strictly followed. I had a comfortable stay here.

First of all never go to this hotel..let me share my story...I had booked the room and paid before visiting,when I reached at night they started fraud by saying sir Iwe are having some technical issue we can't give you..room and that to they offered me costly room..though they had room..just to get an extra penny..once I demanded my room they after an hour offered me room comparatively lower but higher than I bhad booked...when they saw me making complain over phone to Oyo..pathetic.. shameless attitude...all staff are trained that way...fraud case should be filled against the hotel

It has nice experience to stay here, good response from their side Litt bit costly but I'm comfortable to stay here I got wifi connection also railway station near to hotel. hotel ambience is wonderful

The room was quite spacious and big, clean and tidy but there is no lock on the door from outside like they provide you a key but the lock was not working. So If you leave your baggage and wanted to take a city ride or sight seeing there's a risk. In my case when I asked the front desk they told me that the lock was not working so I don't know how can they provide such a room to guest... I asked for room Cleaning they told me that they will send someone but ultimately no one comes to clean the room... The food menu was way to expensive and taste was not upto the mark I ordered biryani(one of the pathetic in my life) and chicken curry they took the order but send only biryani when I o the room service guy about the chicken he was like oh sorry I don't know about that and told me that he will bring the same ASAP but he didn't nearly after 45 min I called the receptionist for the same he was like oh sorry sir I forgot to tell you that we can not provide you since the kitchen is closed now. AC is not working properly like it was on 16 but still I'm sweating thank God to the wall mount fan which was on the sitting area I put that fan on swing mode and that's how I managed to take my nap and the cupboard door was very much hard to open and the furnitures edges were very much sharp I got hurt accidentally several times and the cupboard door opened with a creepy sound which can make anyone terrified... But I loved the location it was nearly 7-8 mins from ranchi junction so it was very much easier for me to reach their in the mid night as well bed was comfortable Tv was working perfectly and there was a active Netflix connection as well which I Love the most about this hotel...and yes the staffs were humble and nice and they provide me a nice check-in in the late night as well I must appreciate that... So overall it was a good experience overall not pathetic not so much exciting as well. Thank you

It's a very good hotel with proper infrastructure and proper cleanliness. For security point of view also it's very good. My stay was very comfortable and I haven't faced any kind of issues there.Staff was very polite and attentive. For couples also it's a great place to stay. It's very near to Ranchi railway station,Just after crossing overbridge it's a 2 min walk to the hotel.

They are scammers. And I am going to prove that in the following points. Before that let me make this clear I booked a room a day before my stay at rs.964 using OYO app. But what happened when I reached the hotel after 14hrs of travel is so pathetic. 1 . Two ladies receptionists were present. They asked me for the booking ID , they checked it then they said that there are no rooms available for that booking price and so there are 2 options ,either I pay rs.400 more and stay or talk to customer support , cancel the booking and stay at some other place. 2. I asked them the reason. They said that they can't provide rooms in that booking price and if they do so their owner and the OYO manager will cause trouble to them. 3. My obvious question was that if I have booked from OYO only why would the OYO manager have a problem with giving me room and moreover if I have booked a room how can the rooms be unavailable. 4. I was travelling for around 14hrs and I needed rest , I was not in state to roam around for a room in another hotel . But yes for a moment I thought of contacting OYO and I tried but I couldn't find any such way of reaching out to customer support. 5. While I was facing those issues the two lady receptionists were giggling and gossiping saying that " If they can't pay why the hell are they not canceling the booking and move out". This was so unprofessional and cheap . You are 1st causing trouble to a customer and then commenting about it. 6. So atlast I had to pay rs.400 and get me a room. But here comes another twist . They insisted on cash payment so that there is no such proof regarding the extra transaction. My only question is if you people, and by you I mean the hotel owner and OYO , If you want money then ask it the authorised way not looting like this taking advantage of the situation. I know you people are business people but those actions show that you are bloody beggars and now I say scammers.

They didn’t allow me to check in even after I booked through Oyo and payed 1440 rs. They said that Oyo is not showing the right price and I have to pay 1000 rs per night extra if I had to stay. There were other customers also on the same day with the same issue and I dont know if they will write review or not.. the hotel manager was also kind enough to mention that it was my freaking mistake. I asked them why they didn’t call me before and waited till I arrived to let me know about this and she replied that it’s against policy…such logic…wawawaaa… I called Oyo and they shifted me to another place about 1.5km away. I’m thankful to Oyo for their prompt customer service and I hope they blacklist hotel bodhraj inn.

The receptionist was rude and not listen to anyone. I recommend never go to bodhraj inn. The oyo service is fraud here it takes customer for 800-900 rupess then raises the price to 2400-3000. The food was very expensive, service was very poor.

It was a wonderful experience for me staying here for a day. I got superb response from their staff, they provided room service even in midnight. The room was super huge and amazing with beautiful lights all around. To sum up, a great hotel with affordable rate.

This place has got some great rooms at pocket friendly prices. If you want a weekend getaway with family this is a perfect place. With well spoken and kind staff and easy check-ins , staff makes your stay comfortable.

Nic one, clean, hygienic, best place for hangout, I think so this is best budget hotel in ranchi, and if want luxury then they have options for that also. I will love to stay here again.
