They
are
scammers.
And
I
am
going
to
prove
that
in
the
following
points.
Before
that
let
me
make
this
clear
I
booked
a
room
a
day
before
my
stay
at
rs.964
using
OYO
app.
But
what
happened
when
I
reached
the
hotel
after
14hrs
of
travel
is
so
pathetic.
1
.
Two
ladies
receptionists
were
present.
They
asked
me
for
the
booking
ID
,
they
checked
it
then
they
said
that
there
are
no
rooms
available
for
that
booking
price
and
so
there
are
2
options
,either
I
pay
rs.400
more
and
stay
or
talk
to
customer
support
,
cancel
the
booking
and
stay
at
some
other
place.
2.
I
asked
them
the
reason.
They
said
that
they
can't
provide
rooms
in
that
booking
price
and
if
they
do
so
their
owner
and
the
OYO
manager
will
cause
trouble
to
them.
3.
My
obvious
question
was
that
if
I
have
booked
from
OYO
only
why
would
the
OYO
manager
have
a
problem
with
giving
me
room
and
moreover
if
I
have
booked
a
room
how
can
the
rooms
be
unavailable.
4.
I
was
travelling
for
around
14hrs
and
I
needed
rest
,
I
was
not
in
state
to
roam
around
for
a
room
in
another
hotel
.
But
yes
for
a
moment
I
thought
of
contacting
OYO
and
I
tried
but
I
couldn't
find
any
such
way
of
reaching
out
to
customer
support.
5.
While
I
was
facing
those
issues
the
two
lady
receptionists
were
giggling
and
gossiping
saying
that
"
If
they
can't
pay
why
the
hell
are
they
not
canceling
the
booking
and
move
out".
This
was
so
unprofessional
and
cheap
.
You
are
1st
causing
trouble
to
a
customer
and
then
commenting
about
it.
6.
So
atlast
I
had
to
pay
rs.400
and
get
me
a
room.
But
here
comes
another
twist
.
They
insisted
on
cash
payment
so
that
there
is
no
such
proof
regarding
the
extra
transaction.
My
only
question
is
if
you
people,
and
by
you
I
mean
the
hotel
owner
and
OYO
,
If
you
want
money
then
ask
it
the
authorised
way
not
looting
like
this
taking
advantage
of
the
situation.
I
know
you
people
are
business
people
but
those
actions
show
that
you
are
bloody
beggars
and
now
I
say
scammers.
