Decent hotel situated at banks of kanke dam offers great views from terrace and other wise. It's located in mid of the rock garden which offers a relaxing experience good to eyes. Rooms are clean but toilets need to be better maintained. Food is average and service too is a tad slow. Need to improve on hospitality and warmth as staff is a bit rude and uncooperative. Good for staying for a day or two and not more.

It was a great experience staying here at Rock Garden Resort, Ranchi. The location is mind boggling as the resort is in the lap of nature and I think it is one of the best place to reside in Ranchi. The behaviour of staffs is really commendable, especially Mr. Ashish who was very supportive and carries a great charm. The complimentary breakfast was also tasty and fresh as every customer expects. Rooms are spacious as compared to what appear in pictures. Everything was perfect and I don't find anything to complain about. Thank you, OYO..

We stayed here because our initial hotel turned out to be not so great. This one was really very nice and amazing views of Lake n nature. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food from their own restaurant was delicious and the rooms clean and spacious. The room rate was reasonable considering I was booking for three on the day of the booking. It’s close to Central Market of Kanke too which was a fun thing to check out.

Life's Worse experience. Disappointing First bad experience from OYO HOTELS. I just choosed that just because of nearest to my examination centre but no they are sitting there to print your character certificate. Extremely dirty rooms and washroom you get even if you pre-booked. Extremely bad service and staffs. No options of food and Extremely unsafe for girls because there is no guards and security facilities.

Though location is good....you will get uncleaned stained linen, TV is there but it's not recharged, they will charge you for breakfast but you won't get breakfast. In case of power failure you will be made to sleep in absolute darkness with mosquitoes buzzing in your ears and sweating . They won't take any responsibility if you get malaria or dengue. Last but not the least they won't even provide you drinking water..you have to arrange your own drinking water.

Hotel in terms of location, view and peace is very good. Staffs are also good.Because of increased tariff demanded due to communication gap between hotel and Goibibo I had little problem. Cleanliness is ok. Room is Big.

Place and hotel location is awesome. But room service very bad. Managing service is very bad. Their behaviour is very very bad. They lived in 1970s. Their behaviour shows that they are not lived in India. They are one step ahead of Indian constitution. Suggest to not go there. Very bad experience. A nightmare.

We had a very bitter experience in a serene place.Our team comprised elderly persons.First they forced us to cancel our discounted 2 month advanced booking from OYO citing lame excuse and then compelled us to stay at their overpriced room due to our utter helplessness.Even they forced us to change our rooms during our stay.The attitude of management was lackadaisical and there was no sense of time management.Though the behavior of staffs were good.Rooms were good but washrooms needed to be attended.The resort restaurant O'Dam was bit costy though the decoration was nice.Naughty Potatoes,another restaurant in that respect was cheap.Food quality and taste were not up to the mark in respect of price.Another point is pertinent to mention that the resort didnot want to serve proper invoice.We only got a Word made invoice in our mail from the reception manager.
