Very rude behaviour Acting as an reception of villion I have booked room to stay heree but denied me for inter religion problem. Which is not a policy of oyo. I have prepaid and alll my money wasted.. I asked him is their any option or just provide two rooms. He said no i don't know. Its an online hotel.. and in oyo app its showing all booked... Really disappointed by your service I will never forget this day

Not so good, TV was not working, Ac was not working, Geyser was not properly working. Room was not cleaned properly & Blanket was so dirty not so good for me

I booked triple occupancy room for two days with three adults and two years little child. The location is good. But it's my bad experience. When I check in the hotel I'm surprised as manager ask me "Why I paid online." The room is different which is shown in my booking and they not provided extra mattress. I felt room service bad because after 2 pm they not served food. Also in night they advised order food outside myself from Zomato or swiggy. At morning 7:30 am I arranged hot water from outside for my child's milk because they not provided due to the manager and kitchen staff still sleeping and not pick up the reception phone...

This oyo is not good ..ppl should first check their room before pay in advance ..it happened as room attoted by hotel manager was not good to rest comfortably. Bathroom pipe is blocked xand cupboard was not present .service is very poor ..it take me 2hr to change another room any how they ready to change room. But this is serious concern why such thing happens in such a branded hotel..like OYO ... Customer must ask for Bill receipt...as this oyo is avoiding to generate receipt. .. Very poor rum service ......here waiter has to go to his room or reception to order something...no phone facility

Just near Kanta toli chowk Hotel Manager is good and prompt but other staffs are not that dedicated. For food you would have to visit other restaurants or you could definitely order from Zomato or Swiggy.

Worst hotel... Don't trust them... They r fraud Can harras u.. Can blackmail u on midnights....poor condition of rooms...

3 star is given just for the behavior of staffs and management rooms are too small but kinda cozy if you visit in winter otherwise the hotel is good

Great food. Nice ambiance. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and hygienic. They take care of guest very nicely.
