Staffs Were polite, sandwiches were good... The hotel is quiet old... At the same price you can get hotel with better interiors..!!

Overall gr8 experience....rooms are good with all the facilities.....the prices of food items range at a bit higher side...but the services are great....you get a fully safe and a homely feel...the staff here are very helpful and respectful......it's great....have a great stay....

And the service is also good. You will get Table, Chair, Television etc in every room there is also a lift. The food available in this hotel is also of good quality and very tasty. It was a great stay at Hotel Sartaj.Prompt Service by every staff. Prompt saluation of every problem. And offcourse it is budget friendly too. Everyone there are very well behaved. None of the staff ask for any tip for any of the personalised service. Hotel Sartaj Ranchi is highly recommended.
