This is the first Planetarium that our city Ranchi have ever got. As for starters its still in progress to develop more there are two shows, one at 3 pm in English and another during somewhere after 1 pm in hindi. The length of each show is around 35 to 45 minutes covering only a brief information and general idea of our solar system and space some other stuffs. The price of tickets are normal and reasonable. Within the outskirts of Ranchi city and with Ranchi science center within the periphery makes us to spend quite good time and learn some stuffs also.

We had a show of 3 pm..the show ended nearly 40-45 min.the show was in English and didn't covered so much information. Overall it was good.

I ve been going there for about 3 years now ..n i m so satisfied wit the results. art teacher mr. Gautam Bakshi n odissi teacher mrs.Sabita Mishra both are highly experienced and very humble . They are always there to guide us ....not only them alll the teachers of kalabhavan they r awesome ..yet these both r my fav.

Nice place to visit with kids..They have maintained the interior. The only thing to consider is the show time....they usually start when their is decent visitors for the show.

Less in staff, less in Management. Upper screen is not fully visible while video clip play. Seating seat is also not too good to reclined horizontally. Seating arrangement is also not as per the maximum visibility of the screen. Suggestions - Seating seat must be in concentric circle form with different radius all together.
