It is the best housing society in Ranchi......I used to live here..........there is all types of facilities available.....if you have any work of electricity, plumbing, etc. you can directly go to the main gate and write a letter for that and the requested serviceman will be there on your house..........there are parks , basketball court, etc. for enjoyment......there is also a club house .......you are not supposed to go out of the society campus for morning walk as the society campus itself is very huge for walking or cycling........ Nearest railway station is Hatia Railway Station which is 10-15 minutes far from there..........there is a temple also within the society......annual celebrations like Durga Puja and all are also celebrated there.......parking place is also available in every building 🏢........ security is also very tight there as no outsiders are allowed to enter without the consent of the residents.......maid who come for daily work has to get an ID card from the society office........there are 6-7 guards at main door and 1 guard in each building....and CCTV cameras are also everywhere.......it is really a good society without any compromise... 👍
