    Don't invest in this project at all,single penny invested in this project is a waste. I strongly recommend all to kindly verify this project very seriously because they were fooling the customers. If anyone is going to invest in this project in near future you will highly disappoint/dissatisfied like me. #feeling_cheated

    The original owner of this land was my great grandfather birsa Oraon(rayyat). somehow old time landlords decieved my grandfather and posses this land now.But it's still a tribal plot.No one knows what's coming in near future.Beware!

    Very small apartments. Too far from the city. Connectivity and order deliveries is poor. Not worth it.

    A well planned colony setup. Slightly situated away from city centre like 5 kms. Clean environment so best place to reside away from any pollution.

    If you are looking to spend some time with nature do visit this place. It is in outskirts if Ranchi. Get pictures clicked. Stay with Rocky Mountains and trees. Go along with friends
