You will end up spending 4-5 hours easily just for an eye check up. Unprofessional staff and doctors. They'll call everyone at 11 o'clock in the morning and will make everyone to wait till the doctor come to the hospital. After that, you will be waiting the entire day to have your eyes checked up. Pathetic service, wouldn't recommend anyone. A better option would be to go to a good hospital such as Medica and get yourselves tested.

Been here with a friend for Cataract surgery based on the good review on google. This is more of an advertising agency than being a hospital. Every step in the hospital is about marketing. My suggestion - Read the reviews and note that most of its reviewers are who have only reviewed this hospital, and 99% of them with a 5. What I noticed in the hospital is that - They have a team who would rate and review this hospital from your phone themselves. Think about it - There are reviews that have pics from inside operation theatre. No one except the patient is allowed inside - Who do you think takes these pics ? Who do you think writes names of complicated treatment procedures ? Their charges are way way more than that in speciality hospitals in Mumbai/Delhi or any other Metro. Doctors are unreachable to patients, and don't answer your queries straight. Not a hospitable vibe here

If you suppose to get eye check up here than take a leave for one or two days. Becose there is no number system. Although they will not tell you tentative time if you do inquiry. Technician will assist you. After wasting your couple of hours than doctors will assist you. Staffs are not attentive, they do not understand or values you problems and time. I didn't get any good experience here. And also, I would suggest not to get your eyes glasses from there as well. I have given the order for eye glasses and it's been 15 days today(27/10/2020), but yet not received. When I call there today, still they have no clue when it will be ready.
