Worst clinic ever i found, they are so unprofessional, I visited there with my father for his ultrasound, he gave an appointment of 9:30, we reached at 9:20, after waiting for half an hr I informed him that my father is a patient and 67 yrs old, also he is having spine problem but they least bothered and it's not like that doctor is coming from far place, he was staying in the same building in 1st floor then also we waited almost 2hrs, will never recommend this clinic for anything to anyone.

Worst experience I ever had. I visited there yesterday in my 7th week of pregnancy. During consultation only , she told your pregnancy is risky ( although I visited there just for ultrasound and not consultation) . In 7th week only TVS sonography can detect foetal pole and cardiac sounds but she didn't know even that and did normal lower abdomen USG and told me " kuch dikh nahi Raha hai yeh pregnancy sustain nahi karega , right away she suggested abortion, that too very rudely. I was shattered hearing that. She was annoyed that I had consulted some other gynaecologist . Even while making reports , she was asking her son who is dental surgeon " foetal pole dikh rha hai tumko ? And reports were made by the dentist. Imagine report of gynae problems being made by dental surgeon. I then rushed to other ultrasound centre. The gynaecologist there made proper reports , did TVS sonography , noted yolk sac , foetal pole , cardiac flickering everything, which according to previous gyanecologist was absent ( because she lacked expertise and made wrong reports). They do not even have toilets . The staff there made me drink lots of water and when I asked for washroom, they didn't have proper toilet , slum area jaisa toilet guards k liye bana usme they suggested me to go..which was then occupied and she told me very arrogantly " bhara hai to kya karen, and in pregnancy condition I had to rush with bladder pressure and immense pain . I had horrible experience with such insensitive doctor and staff. Please never ever go there, she doesn't know how to do ultrasound plus she lacks expertise of her field , without proper diagnosis she suggested me abortion, while my reports are completely normal as per the other doctors and ultrasound which I got done at other place. , Yolk sac , foetal pole , cardiac flickering everything was positive but she couldn't find.

Never seen report like this. No letter head, no format. Also they don't give any kind of bill / receipt. Charged 2,000 rupees just for USG. When I asked, she got angree and says I charge 500 for consultation though you have come only for scanning. Worst thing is that they use same paper and bed sheet for all patients specially in this corona period. Seriously !!!!!!

The doctor was well behaved and treated me nicely. The fee is valid only for 7 days. Good privacy.

Worst ultrasonography centre l have ever visited, staff are not properly trained including doctor as well. They don't even properly examin. Also they charge you almost double rate against other radiology centre's. Never recommend this centre to anyone.
