Very good place to visit. Here you can buy very good and useful items like handlooms products also you can buy furnitures here like dining table , chairs. And many more things. You can also buy items to decorate your house. The special thing about buying things from here is that here all things are handmade products. Although you will have to pay a little extra money for those products but I am sure that after buying things from here you will never regret

Jharkhand Silk Textile and Handicraft Development Corporation Ltd., also known as JHARCRAFT, is a government of Jharkhand undertaking. Jharcraft was formed to create sustainable livelihood opportunities in the rural areas, based on Sericulture, Handloom, Handicraft and other allied activities. In the year 2006, Jharcraft was started as an organisation to create new opportunities in rural areas with an objective to change lives throughout the state.

A decent collection of handicrafts and local products. The second floor for women's clothing is quite good, and the stoles and shawls are very pretty. There is a massive collection, so a slightly longer visit is warranted if you truly want to see what is available.

Helpful staff, variety of ladies clothes, curtain and bed sheet material but very little for men......Has only clothes....could include many Handicraft items of Jharkhand and unique pieces too in future

Looking for unique silk sarees , kurtas or handcrafts. It’s a nice place divided into 3 floors each having clothes, handcrafts and artefacts. However the pricing is on a higher side. As the artisans put a lot of hard work in making these materials, they don’t get paid enough and these people sell it on 100 times the price. It’s sad, but still if you love block prints, silk sarees and something unique for yourself. Should check out the place.

Most authentic store for traditional silk created in Jharkhand.Awesome collection.The beat part is the well behaved co-operative staff.They have a commendable collection of tribal handicrafts and artifacts.Its always a pleasure to shop from the store.Right from variety of tussen silk sarees,to mulberry silk collection, to a wide range of hand made accessories they offer a lot under one roof.

Collections are quiet good but staffs are not upto the mark. Very expensive. Due to high price the foot fall is very low. From other states people come to purchase some traditional items as their memoirs but if state govt.shops have such high price then how can one keep a memory of that. We want to develop brotherhood by exchanging our culture but atleast we should be considerate regarding price as well. Later on we purchased a memoir @664/- from another place, which was costing around 1056/-at Jharcraft.

The products are good but staff is very irresponsible.could not find a single staff on second floor abd on requesting the salesgirl on first floor to help she absolutely refused . She even refused to call the second floor staff.the guard came over to help and was very courteous. Very bad experience . Staff needs more training .
