Nice place to shop with so much variety. You name the item they have got it all. The products are fairly and competitively priced. Quality of food items is top notch. Parking space also available at the frontage. My recommendation do visit the store and be satisfied. They serve their Moto at the best.

Read till the end because management sorted the issue in a good way. Pathetic customer service, rude attitude of the staff, they do not take the ownership for the edible products which had worms/insect (Picture attached) instead blaming the customer. It is really worst as we been consuming the product since a week which had worms, gave it to our guests and when we saw it and took to them they denied to switch back the product and gave weird replies. How can a person consuming worms from the product be silent after hearing from the staff/owner that the product is fine and cannot be replace because it is been consumed by half. Since more than 10 years we are customers of this store but from today, we are not going to buy any thing from the store. Advice to Management: Please give your staff a proper training to deal with your future customers and learn to listen the customer grievance and act accordingly rather than making your own perspective of customer coming to get back the money. Update on 26/02/2021: The owner himself came at our home the next day, took the ownership and showed a kind gesture to make things better (Gift picture attached). The issue has been sorted and management has taken a stand for the bad product which they did not do it intentionally. They will take this matter with the brand company. I have also increased the star rating for the store because management brought a customer delight in the end after this issue.

Everything about this place is good... Self packaged food grain items need a bit improvement....
