A good shopping experience, less crowded, more brands and a variety of options. Price is a little high but there are good deals and sale going on from time to time. Parking facility is available but limited and a little costly. Trials are not allowed since the inception of Covid. There are good places to eat and snack and treat yourself just outside the mall. High range of products from shoes to handbags, belt, bags, masks, lingerie, Indian, western, woollen everything. It is a one stop shop, all under one umbrella. I would recommend taking in a membership because that allows one to attain more discount offers. Always have a good collection - in all seasons.

I was the permanent customer of pantaloons ranchi , but today I have decided, I will never come again here, Sales person has described low price in all the clothes i have choosen but when I visited at counter for billing, they told me that we can't give any discount as described by sales person. We have wasted almost hrs there, it was very frustrating and disappointing experience for me. I request the customer to not visit over there, pentaloons hires sales person without any qualification.

We are a regular customer of Pantaloons since 15 years.. Today I am really disappointed with the Pantaloons employees working there as when we went to the cashier girl she was so rude and arrogant. I went with my Mother and cashier girl was giving very rude replies. Her tone was another level. I have never seen this kind of staff since 15 years. It was my bad only that I went to that girl.

Overall good for s to xl size bt very limited collection in xxl size,, branded showroom must have collection for extra large size or any size,they only selling brand name nt variety

Very nice place, I felt very happy to go shopping and I got a lot of trembling eyes from here, I said this, go and see the morning once.

Extremely unprofessional staff management, bought a watch for my father today and asked the sales executive to make a gift wrap, at the time of purchase he said he will do it and after paying bill he asked me to go to the cash counter for gift wrap and the cash counter’s people were arguing between themselves that they will not do it because staff isn’t available but only one person was working on counter and three employees were standing behind that person and pretending to be invisible to do any work, cheap act it is, staff seems to be untrained to even do any work, hate going there bcoz of arrogant staff.

Due to covid situation, they are not allowing trial of cloths.. But you can replace your purchase item after trial at home.. It is the reason why I have given three star.

Here you can buy branded attires and footwear,if you're interested in branded clothing this place is for you but some products are little bit expensive. Ground floor consists of footwear, eyewear, ornaments, and also the women section. 1st floor also consists of women and children section. 2nd floor consists of men's section. Entire place is air-conditioned and cleaned. Staffs and personnel are responsive and well mannered they provide assistance when needed. Overall good place to buy branded attires.

Pathetic experience. The salespeople lack the manners to talk to customers.I fell in front of the store and got injured due to misplaced drainage cover in front of the store.I tried to tell the salesperson about it. He replied rudely the it is not the store's fault. I just left the store. To anyone who is planning to visit the store, be careful not to step on the drainage cover in the front parking. What happened to me can happen to anyone.

And hence, you find the prices of the products here, a little high as compared to other places or stores but with top notch quality. All in all a great store if you're a freakin' multi brand enthusiast.

This is the follow up from my visit last weekend about the surf shop. I went to a surf shop in southern California recently. I was expecting more than just 30 short boards that were priced high, and a department store feel. The shop didn't have good customer service and I felt like everything was crammed into a small space. I walked out of the shop saying "This is no Cleanline". I have been coming to Cleanline for years with my parents and every time I walk in they always greet me like an old friend and are always asking if I am finding what I am looking for and if I cant find it they make the best effort to help me. I want to thank Josh and his crew at both of the shops, for the best example of what customer service looks like.

For the people who stays in Ranchi ,Pantaloon is go to place for shopping cuz you'll find fashionable cloths their😎. if you are a college student you'll surely gonna find some of your mates their in the evening😂. Pantaloon is surrounded by many restaurants with yummy foods .😋

Good but pricy items.

The store has a good collection. It's a bit overpriced I felt but it's good. The discounts provided are not as good. Sales executives on the floor will try to sell you the most expensive products, and the cashier can be quite annoying. Even if you say no to getting their card, they would still force you for at least 10min. It seems they don't get the concept of "No means No"

Worst experience ever They will try their best to sell their green card and they will try to force you to buy something else which is unnecessary to purchase They will convince you to buy same branded clothes for discount which they manage to cover by selling their useless services or other items, they will make you buy their unnecessary services in the name of one year 10% discount The clothes were overpriced as compared to other clothing brands
