This is the worst shop in Ranchi and they just waste your time by giving wrong clothes or misplacing the clothes you purchased. The owner of the shop has also very bad behaviour towards customers. I had very bad experience.

Though the saree shop is good and has an amazing collection, I would suggest stay away from the boutique they have for tailoring. I have couple of salwar kameez pieces and even after two visits they couldn’t get the fit done , though they said it would be perfect without any complaints. The pieces were really out of proportions not even close to the measurements that they took.

Quality of their cloths are poor and worst, DONOT buy anything from here. See the condition of two years old lehenga of twenty thousands.

An extremely unprofessional place. Cheap quality clothes. Found holes in one item bought. Took more than 15 days for fitting basic kurtis. On the 16th day they started my fitting when I reached. Did not do it well. Told me to come back again in half an hour but made me waste my whole day. Would give negative ratings if possible.

Pathetic experience.my lehenga doesn't even look Fresh and new after stitching.they took 1 month time for the stitching but every single measurements is over size according to my fitting. My first and last shopping from this store.waste of money

This place is good, they have got nice collection but the problem is that they are expensive as crazy, took my mother and wife shopping there. Sarees that costs 400-500/- at local shops, same quality sarees they are selling off at 1000-1500/-. Staff is bad, they are not at groomed and don't know how to treat customer. Customer service is poor. They only have the benifit of prime location. Not going to visit this place in future for sure.

A good variety of traditional clothes....

In beginning they were very good in terms of stocks, variety, and quality of sarees and other dress. Now they are keeping and selling old sarees. And despite several complaint not taking back neither exchanging. Me and my sister both had horrible experience there. Not a shop to be opened in reputed gel church complex.

I brought a Rs.14000 saree from here five days ago and the sales person asked me to give the saree we will do police and other stuff and it’s free.When I went to receive the saree they charged for everything they did and the saree was not policed.Even they ruined the saree completely.saree is not looking like a new saree at all.I am very disappointed by purchasing this saree from novelty.

Worst experience either you purchase for 25000 but they will not do an alteration of Rs20 in urgent. They gave many excuses we don't alter , our tailor is not when I show them there is your tailor they started saying we have lot of pending work. Having a shop since so long will not make you big if you can't help a little to your coustomer.

Sales man gave me organza saree in the name or tussar silk.....and shop is over priced.... Have no collection and ....its a money making shop....their stafs even dont know which silk they were selling. I ' never suggest any1 to shop there.

Great place. Got five dresses from this place and oh my god, the designs and qualities of product. The hospitality of this place is amazing too. The salesperson were extremely kind and helpful. The owner gave a discount too🥰 Definitely gonna visit again.

Good options however post purchase service is terrible...I gave a kurta for altering post buying and the kurta delivered was stitched horribly. I had to visit twice for delivery of one item and wait for a long time with no proper response on what exactly is the status of the item to be delivered. Ideally i wouldn't visit this place again. 2 rating for good stock but a probably would have a given 1 rating for the service.

This is the worst place if you plan to shop, the staff and owners don't care about customers or their time. You will be valued only till you pay the bill, incase you ask them for any other service like alteration. They will give you fake commitment and will never be able to give you the dress on time. I had to visit them atleast 8 times to get one kurta pyjama steam ironed and polished even when the owner, their son's and the staff had made the sale. It's a shame for such a shop to have this pathetic customer service. Would never recommend it to anyone ever!!

Had HORRIBLE experience at this place. One of the worst places in Ranchi ! The owners are only behind the money and they don't respect customer's time. These people ruined my bridal lehenga. The lehenga was torn at multiple places. They even misplaced the duppatta of the lehenga. I had to buy my lehenga again from a different place. They didn't even polish my lehenga!! The owner Ronny, his brother and father (in short, all the owners) along with their staff are irresponsible. The staff member "Golden / Goldi" is one of the worst person you can ever meet in your entire lifetime. Please DO NOT visit this place ever!!

Don't buy any high price item from here like suits, lehnga or any high valued items their staff are uneducated once you pay for the item there is no one who takes care of your product you roam around like a fool
