A complete family shop.... everything here is branded and worth buying...good quality...

Myself and my fiancé has had the worst experience with this place. I have no doubt these highly rated reviews are paid or have been motivated with rebate. Negative experiences of all kinds have been a repeated occurrence here for my in laws. The staff do not care about attending to their customers, and will make you wait for lengths until you decide to get mad and talk to someone. Okay, so for my experience - My fiancé liked a lehenga from this place and among the little collection they had (the excuse - you have come after the season when all the good stuff is gone), and left it there for alterations. We were supposed to get it within 2 weeks. After 20 days and some frustrating follow ups, we were told it was ready. We called before for pickup and confirmed that the lehenga was altered and ready to be picked up. Of course it wasn't when we got there, and had to wait another 30 minutes after almost yelling at the staff there. Here's what I found most irritable - 1. They said the alterations was free initially (went back on their word blaming "the sales person should have told you") 2. They charged 1000 something for altering it - had me go to the ATM which was about 2 km from the place and get cash, because, of course cards were not accepted. 3. The stitching/alterations were unbelievably sloppy, and on asking them to correct it - I was told this - "humko kya hai, hum toh kar denge, aapko uncomfortable hoga, aap dekhlo, apki shadi hai" I can't understand why people would still much rather go to these places than try out local boutiques. The staff probably don't care as much because they get enough customers anyway. I took time out of my life to leave this review for someone to save themselves some trouble. I really doubt anything is going to change there, considering the attitude. For the lack of a better insult, I did not appreciate the mind numbing unending lack of effort from the service here.

Seriously One the best place for One all Shopping. The shop you can trust, with all the clothes for your family. It has varieties of clothes brands and accessories as well. I am shopping from here since my childhood the quality of products is great here.

Good selection of fabrics here and quality product with variety but the prices are on the higher side. Customer servies is at par but not par excellence. Loyalty points is a bonus if you are a regular customer over here.
