I suggest NEVER to go to Hill View for delivery under Dr. Sushma Priya. She is a cranky lady and will force you to go for C-Section even if it is a case of easy vaginal delivery. In my case all the Junior doctors and nurses used to come one by one and they used to say that normal delivery is very painful. Finally when I was adamant for vaginal delivery that everything is normal then let it be a vaginal delivery then Dr Sushma Priya came and told that i won't be standing for 12hrs waiting for your delivery. This was disgusting. She knew that my pain was not the pain of delivery yet she admitted me and kept on hold so as to make bills, when I said that i want discharge because pain has subsided then she got ready for operation after keeping me admitted for 3 days. This is how Dr Sushma Priya makes money.

I had an wonderful experience at Hill view wherein I was admitted for my tibia nail removal. The deluxe room provided to us was very neat and clean. Very comfortable and staff were very professional. Food was also surprisingly tasty from patients point of view. They also kept on asking many a times whether we were comfortable or not. Also not too costly.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have admitted my wife into hill view hospital for treatment of leg fracture . When I went into the hospital I asked gazala, who is mediassist. She did not provide any chair , bed, and she shifted my wife into the doctor's cabin & her behaviour was so rude and she was shouting at me saying, like how I will give you a bed if bed is not available . I was being charged 35000/- for this type of worst service. such a worst experience for the first time . I had not expected this type of service from this hospital . I am very dissatisfied . I will give the ratingin far below in terms of service , behaviour you need to improve this .

It is very easy to go with the flow but when it came a matter of complication it is the experience what matters the most. My decision to opt Hill View hospital to get my wife delivered a baby was cent percent correct. My special thanks to Dr Sushma Priya Mam for handling the case very efficiently, Nurse Ranjana who had motivated a lot to my wife to undergo normal delivery and lastly all staffs of hospital who has done their work very nice.

It was 30 weeks for my wife and Sushma Priya(I do not call her a doctor) personally called my wife and said that the baby would not survive if she is not willing to get admitted. If at all the case would have been such, which medical protocol allows her to have such a dialogue with the patient in absence of any guardian. Who would have been responsible had my wife fainted then? Basically the tactic was to get my wife admitted for a week or so and then operate the premature ba and put her into NICUNICU. Thus, getting a chance to put forth a heavy invoice. Later on, when we went out for a se cond advice the doc said my wife and the baby are just fine. 9 weeks later we were blessed with a baby girl that too through a normal delivery.such ill practices will never get these people anywhere. I have already suggested lot of people not to reach out to such malicious people if they are expecting.

I just want to say if u are in consultation with gynaecologist in hill view then please consult other gynacologist as well. Dr. Sushma Priya is very rude. My son was kept in NICU without any reason. Whrn a doctor relative asked for the indication , they had no answer and said we are just following protocol. Nurses are good and caring.

Had a very good experience at hill view hospital.I went there to get my ACL and meniscus repair.I had a complete grade 3 tear for which I was operated under the guidence of Dr.S Ayan. Ayan sir is one the best orthopaedic surgeon and I am able to walk after 6weeks without any disability and was able to go back to my work . I also had my physiotherapy session started very next day under the guidence of Dr Neha Dutta. Neha ma'am did a very great job at my physiotherapy sessions and I was able to achieve my old strength in my leg muscles as they were before the surgery. Went for a checkup by Dr Sushma Priya (OBS and Gynae). She spoke to me in a very weird way just because I wasn't married, I did not even visit for a pregnancy related problem and that shouldn't even matter. The woman sl*t shamed me and it was so demeaning as a woman and so shocking coming for a woman. I understand we aren't from the same generation and we can have different mindsets, but I expect a slight bit of professionalism from such an experienced doctor. Disappointed.

First of all I never felt like I have admitted in a hospital. I really felt like I am staying at home. I have admitted my mother in ICU for post Covid complications and got the best treatment in town in so adequate charges. My mother is diabetic and was having many post covid complications but the doctors there managed her so well as well as the staffs there are so friendly. I really recommend this hospital to all my knowns and family members. Good Job!!

I am not sure about expertise of doctor but if you come then you will keep wondering when doctor is going to see you.Receptionists also have no clue about your turn.Rather than running some serial on colors they should have a system to display token number to keep everyone life easy.

Hill View is one of the best hospitals in Ranchi for child birth. Doctor Sushma Priya is an exceptional doctor with more than 45 years experience. Also Dr Vijay who is a paediatrician provides really good consultancy for the baby. The best part about this hospital is the ever available and always helpful nursing and support staff. Cashless facilities are available with most TPAs including Mediassist, UHCP, Raksha etc.

I was admitted to the hospital on 25th Dec 2021 for RT inguinal hernia surgery and discharged without any complications within 36 hours. The team of doctors and support staffs were very supportive and caring. I would like to thank Dr. Naveen, Dr. Rao, and Sister Pooja for their excellent medical care. Also, I would like to mention the doctor on night duty in ICU on 25th Dec 21. There was severe backache, and I was very uncomfortable. The doctor asked the attending sister to give me some medicine, sat near my bed for 30 minutes, and left the room when I was comfortable. It was something first time with me when a doctor was so caring. Hill view hospital is the best orthopaedic hospital in Ranchi. Dr Nitish Priya is best orthopaedic surgeon. My father's elbow joint was fractured due to fall from the plastic chair. Due to negligence of previous Dr. Captain of Lohardaga who did the surgery but it was not successful and my father's was in pain for 15days even the nerve was damaged and was in stage of paralysis of hand. After Dr. Nitish Priya recommendations and treatment ( elbow surgery) My father was in great relief and after few days he recommended about physiotherapist Dr Neha Dutta. She is an amazing physiotherapist . She is very friendly and with her immense hardwork my father is now able to write properly, ride bike now can do all his work perfectly.
