The Staff members i.e. Miss Shabnam and Miss Sapna are very rude to the patient and they just can not feel the pain of the patient. They claim that they can appoint the appointment on calls but they don't and if you'll question about the appointment they will act very which is totally non acceptable at any point of time hope that The Doctor will teach them how to behave with patients in hospital.. Now for doctors :- DR. Samit Lal is very unprofessional and very rude and to his patients Dr. Rohit lal is very helpful to his patients and feels the pain of patients.. The manegement of the hospital is very bad and not acceptable... The medicine are very costly and can only be found in this clinic pharmacy.. don't visit here ever..you have sell your pants to purchase the medicine

Very bad attitude of ground staff, no system to get information, place of waiting no arrange, specialy lady staff miss behaving with presents, thay dont have traning how to deal with customer, not replying proper way.today 12 Nov 21 many people angry due to lack of information, many people come from out of ranchi becouse thay dont know about this type pf behaviour. Never consult this doctor not a doctor he is a money maker I went to him for ear infection and he treated me for something else and it ended up with depression and low blood pressure.I don't know whyhe do this to his patients. People go to him with much faith and in return what he does. It makes my heart broke into pieces how much people trust him, for just looting money even does not think about how much hardwork it takes to earn money . Worst management. Behaviour of staffs will definitely make you angry and you will definitely want to slap them. Their behaviour is like that they are the owners of the hospital.

My mon went for checkup here. The staff is highly unprofessional. On call staff said doctor is available from 12 to 4 pm . The doctor came at 3 and is on and off for operations in between. The staff is not ready to give next day appointment and nor returning the money. So that she can return home on time. She has to wait till 11 pm night for her turn to come. Highly disappointed at this service .

More a businessman less a doctor. I have never seen someone this mean before..who gives medicine for almost a month or so and at last suggest surgery and that too giving panic attacks to the patient! I curse the one who recommended him.

A fish bone was stuck in my neck! The pre-examiner did a scan of throat and was not able to find the bone in 4 attempts! And then I was recommended a CT scan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to another hospital and he successfully showed me the fish bone at once! Seems that because of the already built brand, the doctors here are overworked and chewing more than what they can!

The place is very very pathetically managed and the staffs attitude is more pathetic. Starting from Reception , till pharmacy counter staffs. If you stay there for 1hr, you’ll notice same medicine being prescribed for almost all the patients and if you happen to pay online at the pharmacy counter, it won’t be refunded in case you want on the same day. The reason for that being you have not paid in cash. Doctor(Samit Lal) is very much unprofessional and not punctual. This is not at all acceptable in this fast moving world.

The doctor is recommended. But they have pathetic management. There is absolutely no concept of appointment or time. Regardless of what appointment you take you will have to wait for 4 hours or upto 6 hours to be seen by the doctor. Just time wastage. The reputation of this doctor is probably not worth your time. So please avoid this place as much as you can. Also there is no parking for 4 wheeler.

Doctor are irresponsible and very expensive treatment and office staff and nurse's are very rude in nature they does not give any information about the petition or the treatment going on. Highly unpunctual doctors and ridiculous staff members sitting at reception. Staff members are quite rude and don't give any information properly. Those staffs need training not only about how to treat patients but they also lack basic human etiquettes. Make you wait for long time even during collection of reports. Horrible doctor with no knowledge on ent.. I went to him for ear infection he traumatized me for 1 month by stating the ear infection as deadly Psudomonas bacteria which caused me severe panic attack one night.. At last he told me that surgery is the last option after wasting my 22000 rupees on medicines which is found in only his shop after 1.5 months follow up checkups.. I guess his all degrees and work is fake.. Please refrain from going to this fraud doctor.. . He would take all your money and make ready for expensive surgery costing 1 lakh.

Dr. Samit Lal is the best ENT specialist , he treated my persistent ear problem (keratosis obuturan) , 9 years back he operated my ears, recently I visited for impacted wax removal. It was treated well , really had a good experience. Behavior wise he's really sweet and friendly . Highly recommended :)

Management of this clinic is not good. Takes too much time unnecessarily. Staff behaviour is not good. If u have whole day to waste then u should prefer this clinic. Very bad experience took my two days while it could be in only 4 hours in other places. So think twice before going there.

I had tuberculosis and this doctor treated for god knows what throat infection for 3 months . Sourced other doctors under him to get me tested. More than 10-20 thousand went down the drain. Then after 3months he told me to consult a chest specialist. This doctor told me that Dr. Lal has done everything wrong and my tuberculosis is in bad stage. We got worried and then went straight to rims tuberculosis department. There the doctor immediately knew it was TB just by looking .After diagnosing then my actual treatment started. It took me about 1 and a half year to fully recover. Please don’t go to this hospital they just consume your time, health and money.👎🏻A lot of stress and depression.

The doctor is famous that's their only positive. Went there for my mother's treatment. He prescribes very costly medicines which can only be found with their pharmacy and difficult to find elsewhere. The doctor is experienced and performs diagnosis easily but still makes one go for several illogical sound tests and charges separate high fees for that too. Gives very less time per patient given the high consultation charges. Very bad experience, wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Dr.Samit Lal is a One of the best ENT specialist in Jharkhand . Hospital staffs are supportive qnd kind nature. But a persone i think he is OPD in charge behavior is not good he is to much unsocial.
