The doctor and physio is good. But the behavior of other staff is disheartening. They don't know how to behave with a patient. First you don't get appointment of the doctor in the first go...they say to come after 7 or 10 days. When you request them to do something they react as if they are doing a favor on you.. free of cost. People keeps on sending you here and there...up and down..without any consideration that you are in pain. No empathetic behavior of staff.

I have face Such a bad experience in this hospital. My father was admitted on 06 july 22 due to femur neck fracture. After spending six days my father's conditions get worst on seventh day hospital said we can't do the surgery and finally refered to another hospital. Dr Anchal Kumar who is a very famous surgeon in Gulmohar Hospital, never come to meet with patient not even a single day. It's my experience which i share with you. My suggestion please don't go there. Need to close this hospital.

Worst experience whenever you visit this hospital you will have to wait 5.6 Hours. And you wil have to face poor staff management and their rude behaviour. I visited there on 12of Oct My appointment was already booked and the date was 12oct. Staff told me to visi at 7:00Am and doctor will see you at 8.30Am They kept all paitient waiting for almost 5-6 hours . Such a Worst management

It is one the best ortho hospital with genuine price.

Management is worst as they call patient early in the morning 8.00 AM but doctor always came for OPD in after noon approx 2.00 PM. He has OT daily in the morning session but for OPD there is no time schedule. If you are coming here you have to wait approx 4-5 hrs. and then for your number.

Management of hospital is poor.its like old pattern government hospital.these days government hospital is taking good care of patients.My father was admitted first four days no one given him sponge,not taking care of his basic needs my house staff was not so much literate to take care of things when I reached there after 4days the staffs were simply denying that we don't have male wardboys. So we can't do the things with our female staff.so why are you taking male patients then. And Dr.anchal only meet to patient on addmission day and in operation theatre. It's really a very bad experience there.and done the payment like 3 star facilities.3emergency no.written there but no one is going to pickup when you really need it.

This is a very good orthopedic hospital. The behavior of staff and management is extremely satisfactory. This hospital is suitable for modern equipment that doctors use very well. The doctors here are also aware of the latest medical information. But the construction work of this hospital has not yet been completely completed. Every kind of facility is available here, so there is no question of any kind of hesitation.

One of the most ill managed hospital in the city. The pain starts the day you decide to meet Dr Anchal. You need to make a call 15-20 days advance for an appointment. On the day of appointment it's not necessary that they would follow the appointment queue. It purely depends on hospital staff to pick and choose the patients. I have been waiting for my turn from last 90 minutes. Even after 15 days prior appointment.

This is not a hospital. This is a money making business center. Doctor will force you to undergo operations even if a patient is suffering from minor problems. I had partial ACL tear in my left knee which was easily curable with physiotherapy. But the doctor and his team deliberately tried to force me to go for operation again and again. Fortunately, I didn't listen to him and his staff. I went to a different orthopedic hospital and I made the right decision. If you are planning to visit gulmohar hospital, don't rely on the doctor and his team . Use your own brain before making any decision. Their main goal is to extract as much money as possible to run the hospital.

It's a good hospital but rather than going there I'll suggest you to go for better with less spent. It's too costly for poor people. Go there if you've "Ayushman Card". Healthcare facilities, Emergency etc is at top notch, no regret after going there. But still it's too costly.

Its worst facility. ..no fan no ACC Only 1000 fee.......per person. First time visiting in this hospital but it's a very bad experience. No fan no ACC.

Worst experience here, first concern is lift not at all working anytime, to paitent also they are moving here and there by stairs, no proper fan, no proper light and still they are charging per day 2800 bed charge, and for small small things you have to go up and down all time, ward girl and ward boy behaiviour is worst, they don't know at all how to give respect to paitent, and they have exchanged x-ray report also with other paitent documents, and when i asked they are not listning also and not searching or not taking any action, simply sitting in counter and showing concern, such a worst hospitality, i suggest to all if you want your patient got recover soon, don't go here.

No Rule No Regulations No Time and Tables Doesn't matter which time your appointment I came 8 o'clock in the morning according to hospital time but meet doctors 3 o'clock in afternoon noon . Here staff behaviour very bad not tell true . Dr things her time are important but patient time not value .

Very nice hospital and very professional doctor. The physiotherapy department and all other managements are pretty good. The doctor's knowledge is very high.you can completely trust them.

Very bad employee's Staff are rude and the doctor does surgery any time and doesn't care about the patient who's number is up The cafeteria is very bad and the patients starve because of that Even if you got a appointment at 7am the doctor won't check you till it's like 3/4pm The employee's are careless and they said my mother's report files were missing We had to get a checkup and all the tests again And still we had to pay because they made a mistake The fan and air conditioning is also not good All the patients sweat

Staffs are not good nature for patients and no benefits of patients on treatment only lose money. So our suggest labour hard people got it

The staff's behaviour is a little rude. I asked for an appointment with Dr. Anchal she said go to down stairs and there is staff he takes approx 1/2hrs. Got Appointment after 20 days 🙃

Dr. Anchal is good doctor and hospital's premises is net and clean.
