This is the worst hospital, I have ever seen in my life. Except one or two doctors, all of the medical staff there is highly unprofessional and untrained. No hygiene is maintained since ages. Nurses don't even know how to use syringe. They are highly negligent towards their patients.I lost my sister their due to medical negligence. Dr. Manoj Kumar Diwedi is a real life monster in white coat. He doesn't care about his patients at all. He doesn't have proper knowledge about medicines and you will never find him on duty and doesn't even bother to pick up the call of hospital staff as well. When I got my sister admitted there, they didn't even bother to examine for 24 hours . It was my biggest mistake to get her admitted there. If given choice, I will give this hospital 0 rating.

Gurunanak hospital...very careless staff..Dr Rakesh lal made my brother's condition more worse..and referred him in his worst condition...if the hospital was not having gastro docs they should have taken so long to refer...worst response by the doc... the lady in the receptionist doesn't know how to speak with patients ward, she should understand the mental state of patients ward...poor service...lift was also not in a good condition...no cleanliness bathroom was dirty flush was not working...not maintaining proper hygeine...never take your patients toh this hospital they just think about the money rather than giving good treatment..

I would rate 0 star if such options will available. Very worst experience of my life in this hospital with a Doctor Dr.R. Narain. He is very rude and behave like a unprofessional. My father admitted there for 25 days( 11 days in ICU and rest of the days in cabin) under his observation and he made his condition worst and worst day by day. He make myfather in conscious sleep and he is unable to stand and walk. In such conditions instead of giving proper diagnosis and treatment he only suggested to make him walk in such conditions forcely..And give excuses for age factor..and not only that if the patient condition is out of his hand he don't transfer to other doctor or take suggestions..he only make his own rules and money. After the decharge of my father in such worst condition I admited my father to other hospital... And now he is much better condition and he is improving day by day. And,my only suggestion is that if you loves yourslove one,than be very careful with such kind of doctors and hospital.. otherwise you will lost urs love one.

Worst hospital .....i just visited a lady dermatologist ... 1st she arrived one hour late and , 2nd she does not treat her patient well , she did not listen our all problems and started writting med ...when i mentioned about further concerns instead of replying politely started shouting - i agree that we are not expert into that field n being a patient anyway we will agree to whatever dr is saying but dr at hospital needs to have atleast basic manner . I request to u all please never visit here. In one word they are completely LOOTING the people. Here they will tell u to wait 1-1 day for every test report. I m sharing u the eye witness story of my own patient. Actually one neurologist has reffered here to gynao. They admitted her at 9 PM in MICU then next day for RTPCR test they took sample by 1 PM and for report again they told to wait by evening here u understand how they are making fool us. Gyano mam checked her by evening till then the ultrasound department has been closed. So for this purpose again u have to wait for next day means for the thing which could be done in 1 day. Here they would took 3-4days . At the end totally disgusting and they are never understanding the problem of a common citizens. Last thing one more the RECEPIONSIT behavior was totally weird, ridiculous, inhuman and even no manner of talking.
