Worst hospital no doctors are on timing , I have admitted my dad he was having gas problem unnecessarily they have admit my dad in icu , only to make bills my dad was ok in few hour but they admitted him for 3days , we ask doctors that my dad is okay please leave him but Dr Pranav mandol told he will he can’t release him before 3days . Unnecessarily test and bills they have made a simple gas problem they make bill of 65k .

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hospital at all costs! This hospital is an absolute disgrace! The service is the WORST and most PATHETIC experience I have ever had. I urge you NEVER to visit this place. Dr. Deepak Gupta is a money-grubbing hack who only cares about inserting stents, even when medication could work. He'll even put in a stent when it's clear that it won't help the patient, leaving other blockages untreated. It's outrageous! The duty doctors, Dr. Akhilesh, Dr. Ajay, and the nurse are all clueless about their patients' conditions. They suggested giving glucose to a diabetic patient and then switched to coconut water. Are they kidding? No matter how serious the patient, they keep them NBM for a ridiculous 18 hours just for a USG at 1:30 PM. And don't get me started on the guards who act like super bosses! Even if the doctor calls for a meeting, they won't let the attendant meet him or even convey the message to the doctor. During the discharge, the doctors didn't even prescribe proper medicines! Dr. Deepak Gupta did offer some advice, but the other two doctors, Dr. PK Mandal and Dr. Sanjay Kumar, didn't prescribe anything, despite the patient's liver and diabetic issues while being admitted for a heart stent. And to top it all off, the grievance department called me but provided no updates, and their number is now switched off. As for the lab department, they are a joke! The Hb1AC test, which indicates the average sugar level for three months, was reported as 6.8 on April 17th, but when I tested on April 14th and 19th, it was 9.6. And I wasn't even aware that there was an AFP test conducted until I called them for other reports and meanwhile I conducted the AFP test outside.

I lost my mother here at the time of discharge from MICU when she was well due to Bad management for ultra sound my mother waited 9hr empty stomach which lead to major problem and occurance of gas formation and she was a Unable to eat after that, Nurse can't answer your cross question lacks experence even Dr. Are only in round but not in time,Hospital only talks well but lacks Humanity hope my voice reaches to the management and CEO of @samford. Don't believe the 5 star ratings because I always regret why I admitted my father to this worst hospital. Charge of ICU per day is Rs.5500 and they claim it to be the best in Jharkhand but the condition inside is pathetic. Charge of single room is Rs 3500 per day but they fail to provide minimum facilities in room. Even their dietitians don't have knowledge about patients correct diet and a kidney patient is served oily corn and starchy soup. Most pathetic part is their pathology lab, on day of surgery hemoglobin is shown 8 in report which increased to 11 after surgery due to wrong report and after 2 days of surgery these money minded doctors and his team suggested blood transfusion. They don't have basic testing facilities like corona test, x ray in their hospital. Why the government don't have any control over these type of private hospitals which are killers than life saver. I request everyone to visit some other hospital but never to this one otherwise you will regret.

Worst staff and management. Faulty machines with no idea to the staffs how to fix it. I had admitted my relative there and was present as attendent. The monitoring machine kept beeping the whole night but staffs had no idea on how to fix it. On asking multiple times the staff replied with answers like it works like this only or we can't do anything. No wonder how the hospital is running. On asking for complain book the staff said it's not available. So you cannot complain nor get a solution to your problem.

Unnecessary hidden charges, I would not recommend any one to go there, one day ccu bed charge is 17k there is no better facility, no Dr are on time, they will keep you waiting 2-3 hrs, for normal minior surgery they will charge 25k. One of my uncle was admitted on 30.08.2022 just for gallbladder nd diebetic issues...before surgery non of the family members were informed about the situation nd neither were asked anything..after the surgery the situation was explained to family. It did not stopped there even after the operation he did not recovered...his health deteriorated each and every day.. the staff was more concerned whether we have insurance or not...and they also said why are you slow in paying the bills. Today suddenly family was informed patient has got cardiac arrest and been kept on ventilator.. nd on this moment we understood that everything is over...but still the hospital did not informed anything..they kept on insisting for the final payment of 12lacs!!!...and as soon as the cheque was cleared in the evening 7.00pm(kindly note no bank does any cheque clearing at such hours until it's very urgent, and also the cheque could have been cleared on Monday too) coming back, within an hour of cheque clearing the patient is being declared dead and that too by a nurse. When we started to enquire in high pitch they called their bouncers ,,,yes bouncers...which hospital keeps bouncers??? And from morning onwards all reports were being asked which has not been given to us till now.what kind of doctors are these people?? There is no punctuality of the doctor as you need to wait too long for your turn. I waited more than 2 hrs to just show the report of my mother, still no sign of the doctor. If your patient is in ICU then only you can be treated on time otherwise you have to wait for your patient to be in that critical situation so that you can be sent for emergency case. Worst hospital, they don't look after the patient when they get admitted. Every time one one person will come and ask if the patient is facing any problem and when you explain the problem they just note down but they don't care of that problem. No doctors are on time, they leave the patient with the problem they are facing and don't take any immediate hospital. I am still regretting going and getting admitted to this hospital. They only care about money.Their pharmacy is always empty and don't have any medicine available even the doctor prescribed medicines. Never get operated by the neurosurgeon at this hospital,I repeat never.Dr Ganesh has left(He was a good surgeon) and right now there is only one neurosurgeon (don't want to share his name)who is very friendly and overconfident.He will suggest surgery and give you extremely high hopes.He will also say that if you dont get the patient operated,the patient will die ,and will ask you to take decision quickly.Also, they don't have a pulmonary doctor, post brain surgery my grandfather was suffering from lung infection but a pulmo doctor was called only after 10 days after his conditioned worsened.The pulmonary doctor was a very rude doctor ,who yelled at us for trying to reach out to him on phone. My grandfather has passed away.Please don't bring your loved ones here.

Its one of the best hospital in Ranchi I belong to Jamshedpur but due to worsen doctor's in jsr. I took my mom to Ranchi in Samford, my experience was remarkable, Dr. P.K.Mandal sir (Gastroenterology) an excellent doctor did his best and my mom is in excellent condition now. All the nursing staffs are too friendly and very hardworking . Front desk officers Mr. Shyam Rana and Mr. Mohd Irfan helped me a lot. Lastly ms Bharti Ojha mam( GM Operation) highly dedicated towards her job, she helped me though my 8 days stay in Stamford . Big congratulations to all the team for running the hospital in such a wonderful organized way.

Receptionist is uneducated and specially girls who don't know anything but thinks there is camera every where so they were not doing job they actually doing acting which is very bad. Salman do better than them I can bet. They are unprofessional and literally fool girl I want to meet him outside and say madam the job is not a Fair and lovely cream which change you in seven days.it comes with intelligence.

Main reason this hospital is shaken up from core is being run by inefficient people . No one want to supply Medical goods & equip. as hospital has poor habit of delay payment and dishonouring the cheque . (ATTACHED). Other supplier take care to supply the goods only on cash. This is cash strapped organisation. We are following legal way & putting this issue to Supplier fraternity so that other dont get trapped into their false promise. Also I see 5 star is being given by their employee which is irrelevant. Will update my review as per progress.

Hospital doctors have very limited knowledge and less experienced. They will never speak clearly on patient condition, they will always give you half information. They are expert in making money out of your patient, they will tell you at the last moment to take your Patient somewhere else when they're sure no more money can be maked from the patient as per their medical condition. Patient is just tool for them to make money nothing else, they are least bothered about their condition and progress. They use different equipments to increase their bills and focus only on money. My advice you should be not to take your loved ones to this hospital, they daily kills 1 or 2 patients.

Worst hospital. We lost our cusion brother aged 33. Has undergone a surgery for leg fracture by Dr. Rohit Lal. And post operation he never came out of ventilator. They just care for bills and thats why they have their billing department in another building, where the staffs are paid to yell at each and everyone out there.

RT PCR will cost u 25000 and RAT test will 1500 they will always say you that after doing Rapid Antigen Test u need to do RT PCR ...if RT PCR test is 100 percent sure then whats the need for RAT test ..they will make only money ...Be careful for such type of frauds they use to do ...

Very well managed operations.. Operational support provided in emergency was great thanks especially to operations staff. Facilities are good and one can see various upcoming extensions and this could become leading hospital of Ranchi. Great doctors ( Dr Krishna) could help correctly diagnose my wife's pain and recommend ERCP. For ERCP, Dr Mandal is extremely competent and proven by effective procedural conclusions. The support staff was also very supportive and processes were smooth.

No doubt doctors are good here but being a super speciality hospital the arrangements for attendee is very poor. Its disgraceful how cafeteria lacks cleanliness and then they ask to stay at D block top floor which is worst experience ever. Some times here near kokar chowk you wont get rooms on rent and hospital facility is awful. The charges is very competitive with most of the top private hospitals but they dont even bother to compete in terms of cleanliness. I was dissapointed and felt very bad by seeing people sleeping there. People here come in all classes and are not so privilaged to afford rooms on rent. Samford management team please check and sort these things up to make this place even better.

Language of doctor to get patients relative out- "BHAR NIKLO BE " They won't take u take a look on history sheet , apply four to five medicine for a single cause of same type of mechanism. There are no doctors but businessman in white coat trying to achieve corporate goals Paramedics and administration staff are both foul and big mouthed . two much rules and regulations added with rude behaviour of every single staff indulged in this . During doctor visit to ward patients attentendant ( single ) will be thrown out . One of the worst hospital in Ranchi and its my request not to go there just trusting the doctors callibre as doctors are only avilable till evening and rest is left in hands of inexperienced duty doctors and staffs. They even generate wrong test report which leads to wrong medication by doctors and finally cause loss of life. The charges for room, ICU, and other facilities are even higher than other hospitals. So if you want to protect life of near and dear ones please don't go there.

I am a doctor in Ranchi i know about allthings which are present in hospital. Ek private hospital ke nazariye se ye hospital sabse Bekaar hai...bad behavior of staffs, guards..poor quality of nursing...Dr Mandal sir is only a person who care his patient well..

One of the worst hospital I ever seen. I put some point read it carefully 1. Only hospital who have bouncers still not understand it's hospital or beer bar 2.unnessary asking for blood but never accept blood from other blood bank only ask for donors. 3. If you go to hospital through medical insurance or by any company such as CCL or other they put your patients 3 to 6 months no matter how long treatment he/ she need the only reason they making big bill to company. 4. Not any hospital staffs cordinate well specially nurses. 5. Every day doctors saying new things about patient suddenly they said all good and next day they told patient is in critical condition. 6. I stay one month in this hospital as attended of my patient and i talk to every Attendent the maximum have same word Finally i lost my grandmother Overall one of the worst hospital by treatment by money and everything I lost my grandmother when we put her admit she's is not in so bad conditions but finally we lost her. If you love your dearones please never go to the hospital.
