Good doctor but bad hospital. It is an utterly mismanaged place. No respect at all for patients' time. To visit a doctor you have to book an appointment by coming personally, at early morning. I came here at 9.30 only to hear that the slots are over. Then I am sent downstairs to try booking with the nurse who comes at 10am. At 10.15 I am told to bring the patient at 11am, and not to delay beyond 11.15. But when we arrive here, they say our time will be at 1pm only. Took the patient back. At 1.15 we came back in such hot sun, only to learn that there are still 15 more patients before our number. Finally it was 3.30 pm that we got to see the doctor. It was the same struggle for an ultrasound scan. The doctor is fine but definitely not worth undergoing so much torture. No one would want to waste 7 hrs for one simple consultation, no matter how good the doctor is. Further, there is no privacy inside the doctor's chamber, any guard, other patients or MR would enter whenever they want. And don't even ask about the social distancing thing!! P.s. The doctor has hiked her consultation fees to Rs 1000/- on the name of COVID.

Completely fraud company running Mr. Avinash Singh rajput and his partner less support system Mr. Mandeep Singh Below all photos are proof that they are fraud I was employee I know theirs all fraudulent work they need only excuse to throw anyone out of theirs office after take registration charge security deposit an all for they will not have to pay theirs security amount and salary if I have worked their almost two months they removed me and don't pay my last month salary and my security money it's a sign of frauduster

Lakshmi Nurshing home usually known for Lakshmi Choudhary and her daughter manisha Chaudhary, both are good doctor but Manisha is best of them for best his try for Nirmal delivery. But their nurses are worst even they don't know how to talk with patient if you give grading out of 10 for nurse you will only give 3-4. Doctor is fully supportive and kind nature but i dont understand about nurses medical stores are there......

Very poor behavior and management of this nursing home.nurses here also go out of their way and consider themselves as a doctors. Most of the problems are faced by the patients coming from outside ranchi. the process of taking appointments on the same day is very poor. If any other doctor is reading this comments of mine, then please try pregnancy normal delivery as much as possible. Only then will the patients have any option other than Lakshmi Nursing Home and Lakshmi Nursing Home will come in its Real status(Aukaat). I am just waiting for the slightest mistake of Lakshmi Nursing Home. The day a loop hole is found, I will drag the entire nursing home to court.

Worst Experience ever had with Doctor. No Management at all. Doctor want to be gather crowd only thats why their management totally failed to deal. No records of payments. Minimum time Interaction with Doctor. Today is my last Interaction with this Dr. Laxmi Choudhary because after giving 1000 Rs. no one will wait for such a long time atleast i will Not Or either without this Doctor anybody is not going to have a healthy baby.. atleast Patients let know their tentative time. Lots of patients are here who are crying and waiting for their Number.

Bad management, If you want a consultation, then you need to book a slot over the phone one day before, come the next day, give a 1000/- fee to the medical store of the nursing home, get an appointment time, and then they will tell you the time to come. When you come, you will see a long line before your number. The same thing will go for getting the test report checked. Long queue. Doctor Chember is a mess; there is no place to sit outside and no fans. Take a day off from work and come to the consultation. Please don't come with your kids, they will suffer here to sit & relax. I feel, nobody wants to correct the bad management here.

Laxmi nursing home is one of the best hospital in Ranchi ,People come her for check up from all over Jharkhand, Laxmi madam and Manisha Madam were very experienced doctors ,I believe they can solve any gynecologist problems efficiently,

Never visit this hospital. They are just for making money. I had a wound and went for regular checkup. Yes it's true the wound was big and it needed a minor surgery But, without checking my blood sugar level also the BP (the basic necessities) the doctor operated that wound and made a big cut. And they asked me to bring all the necessary thing of my own. After the cut they asked me to come for dressing alternate days. Believe me one dressing cost me Rs. 520 ( The dressing charge was 400 and I have to bring some material of Rs120). Today it's been more than 2 weeks I am writing this review and my cut was so big that I am still struggling with it. The staffs are not at all cooperative.

You will spend whole day unnecessarily. To much incompetent staff with full show off u can see here. No system for taking appointment of Dr. Manisha. No time table for anything. Even Doctor behavior is out of mind. Taking advantage of the compulsive people.

One of the best Hospital in ranchi for normal delivery . Nurses and staff are good and supportive. People who prefer normal delivery should visit this hospital other good name hospital are nothing but money minded and they will go for c section. I went for this hospital after coming from hill view hospital who told us normal delivery not possible and her they have done it smoothly

My experience regarding this place is good. The nurses are very much cooperative. They provide proper facilities and guidance to the patients. Infrastructure is good and have sufficient space. A medical store is also situated at the ground floor. They basically deals in surgeries like pregnancy, gall bladder stone, etc. Recipient behaves nicely. Two wheelers parking is available in the front of this place but not have so much space especially for four wheelers it lacks parking slots. They also called doctors or specialist from outside according to your needs. Rooms are good and spacious. They allocate proper clean bathrooms to their patients. One room includes two beds One for patient and another one for their relative one. Well little bit costly for middle class but services are satisfactory in nature. Thank you 😊

No proper facilities for emergency care. I never found doctor to attend any emergency case. No responsibility owing staffs. All staff members there have very bad manner of answering questions asked by attendents. No parking for all four/three/two wheelers in peak time. Also they admit delivery cases mostly......

One of the most horrifying experience. Dr manisha never came to see patient. U have to take ur new born baby and stand in line for hrs to get him checked by child specialist. non cooperative staff. Strongly not recommended for families planning for babies.......especially those whose is first one. Rest you are responsible for your own loss. Dr. Manisha....she is good but she likes to experiment things on patient. In short.......totally not worth it.

Doctor - She is great and experienced Doctor, if you don't have minor(low placnetra, leg down baby etc) or no complication, she will wait for normal delivery. All the focus was on normal delivery. Which is good for new mothers. Her mother Lakshmi(age >80) is also a good doctor. Nursing staff and facilities - Nursing care is very good. you will get single room for patient and family. Cleanliness are well maintained. Since doctor(Manisha) is very good so getting appointment is bit tough you have to come early morning for token. Cost - Very reasonable anyone can afford it. In my family we had two babies one is Santavita(Dr Rashmi) another in Lakshmi nurshing home(Manisha). We will suggest Lakshmi nurshing home any day, Santavita Hospital is more like luxury hotel where focus more on money than patient care.

According to me, this hospital seemed good. My wife's treatment Dr. Lakshmi mam was doing it, by the grace of God she had a very smart and healthy son and normal delivery.. But the behavior of the nurses was not good.In the labor room with my wife, instead of encouraging her, she was scolding her and using foul language.
