My head is killing me while writing this review. I have always had great regards for doctors, and am a firm believer that they are god sent. But going to Shrestha netralaya and meeting Dr. Abhishek Shahdeo, have left me partly in shock and partly in pure pain. I went to this doctor with my mother ( who is already a patient and quite a critical one at that - she is suffering from diabetes, hypertension and kidney disorder) this doctor grilled my poor mother and myself for a good 40min in which he said the following 1. She can have a heart attack/cardiac arrest at any moment 2. She might die any day 3. She won’t be able to see her retina is totally useless 4. Her kidney is totally useless 5. Does she have cancer 6. She won’t survive for long Now may be he is right no body knows the future but just because he is a doctor he is not entitled to decide the fate of a person who is sitting in front of him seeking support from him Dear Shrestha netralaya please remove such disrespectful doctors from your hospital A doctor is supposed to be such that a patient just seeing them feels alright, Mr. Shahdeo was such that I am numb from last 2 hours Thank you

Not well qualified doctor.(Naveen Kumar) I have taken my mother to this hospital for cataract surgery. During the process of surgery, my mother suffered extreme pain and later doctor denied saying she was nervous. After surgery, my mother's eyelid started dropping down...after visiting the same doctor he was not able to diagnose the root cause and started saying it is her default nature of her eye. Even after showing the older photograph of my mother he was not ready to listen. On asking any question with him regarding the process that he is following, doctor will get irritated and will reply he is the doctor and he knows what to do. You are not from the medical profession to understand the process. Later on consulting another eye surgeon in Delhi her problem is diagnosed. And now she is doing good.

Great hospital with excellent facilities at the heart of Ranchi. Catrat operation of my mother done on 5th Dec 2021. I had very good experience and curtious behavior of medical staff. They have also maintained cleanliness and time framed service. In simple words it's excellent.

Good eye hospital for cataract surgery in ranchi. Hospital is very neat and clean. Staffs are also supportive and of good behaviour. And also a cost effective so that a poor people can also afford to treatment here.

The staffs are not very friendly or cooperative. Also, the doctor whom I consulted (Dr. Bhagat) was very rude. He didn't even bother explaining the issue. When hospitals work corporate style then the service should also be accordingly.

Update 21/05/2022 0 star. The place is only to loot money from people. I was charged Rs. 500 for a normal eye checkup. The doctor doesn't check properly and just does some formalities using fancy machines. Also, they sell expensive medicines there to earn commission on those. There are always many people there coming for consultation and because of that they don't pay much attention to a single patient. They always say to come again in few days. The staff is good and helpful though but for specialized eye checkup I won't suggest this place.

My sincere gratitude to Dr. Abhishek Shahdeo, visited for the treatment of my eye infection. His behaviour was so kind, and the treatment given to me was so good that within few hours I was relieved from all the pain and irritation.

I went there for the routine eye checkup of my younger brother. After visiting a number of eye specialist in Ranchi, I can say for sure that this was the best experience of all. The management is very cooperative & the doctor is very professionally behaved. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Yesterday, i visited this hospital. The behaviour of reception's person, staffs and doctor were very professional. You can get checkup done quickly without long waiting as in other hospitals. Doctor also listen your concern patiently, and give good advice.

Hospital process is very slow. They have no idea when they ask staff something. Behavior of the staff for the patient and their attended is very rude.

Yesterday my father Sri Baleshwar Sharma, Aged-72 years, got operated for Cataract . Today after follow up visit, My father's happiness was unlimited and i have no words to describe. Quoting his words - Dr. Naveen Kumar has given new life . I am obliged to the doctor and whole staffs who are very humble and helped at every step . Latest technology and all these with Zero pain in eyes after operation. Amazing experience, Superb.

Very bad eye hospital. They don't do good surgery of motiyabean.. Dr naveen is very bad doctor.. He damage your eyes.. Think before go to this hospital.. I suggest not to go..
