My experience was very bad. One of contacare optometrists whose name is ARCHANA VERMA misbehave me.she talked in rough language.she does not know how to treat a patient. Please take some necessary steps regard her else the name and fame of CONTACARE EYE HOSPITAL will be degrade. All are good and polite in nature expect that one optometrist ....Thank you

Advice for improvement: There is enough scope for improvement. Especially to attend the attendant of the patient. I had to wait more time for the total treatment of my patient. This could have done in less time. The Management of TPA department had helped me a lot for getting the Cashless Treatment. Overall it is a better Hospital. Highly recommend this contacare branch for eye examination, the staff was very pleasant and were great towards my family for conducting series of test. The doctor was fantastic and very professionally determined the defect of vision and very patiently consulted with us a special service is that all members including medical assistant were welcoming and pretentious for their patients also receptionist and staff were very accommodating to our needs and in a courteous manner. Thank you all for a great experience, we look forward to her next appointment!

I am fully satisfied .All staff r very helpful and kind nature.I recommend to come and try treatment in this hospital.this eye hospital especially a good hospital in comparison to Kashyap eye hospital.

Hospitals staffs are very cooperative Maintainance is good, Surgery was also done very nicely by doctor. I am very much satisfied with the overall service and love and concern from the employees.

I visited contacare hospital 10 days back for.my mother treatment . I am totally satisfied by the service provided by your team . Mostly reception staff take care and I am totally satisfied by your team of your hospital.....

I went for a routine check up for the first time here. Doctors and staff are good but they asked you to do some test which I felt unnecessary for me.

I'm rating it 4 stars due to less parking available for the four wheelers.The service is good .The staff are helpful.When I visited last time the fee for consultation was 550.However ,if are a government employee the fee will be 300. The follow up visits you need to pay 400. If you are getting your family members after your visit they willl be charged 300 per person upto 4 people provided you get a referral card on your first visit.

Mene jo frame select kiya tha.. delivery k time wo frame mujhe nhi mila.. me uss frame ko le kr iss Chu***ye hospital me gya.... inhone mujhe direct bola ki.. " Sir, Ye wahi frame h jisse aapne select kiya tha" wo chasma sirf 1750/- rupey sirf ka tha.. but unhone mujhe hi galat sabit kr diya or mujhe dhake maar k inhone bahar kr diya

Facilities are good, doctors are nice and well behaved. But, i felt that fee was little high. The fee was 600. I have travelled throughout the country and in 7 years i have been wearing specs this is the highest i have paid for consultation. Fee should be max to max 350. But,rest assured facilities are good.

It was a very good experience for me here as my father's right eye surgery was done few days back 'coz of cataract.All the staffs here are good n saw they were treating the old age ppl with gr8 respect n were communicating n clarifying all information regarding the treatment. Would like to thank Bela the staff working here as I admire the way she was communicating with all the customers .
