Pathetic
Experience!
They
made
us
feel
great
on
day
1
of
the
visit.
A
lady
talked
over
the
phone
to
make
us
feel
better
and
promised
all
help
in
our
IUI-D
journey.
Dr.
Puja
Rani
was
too
polite
and
agreed
to
the
treatment
what
we
wanted
to
go
for.
They
just
showed
Rs.
5K
for
the
initial
investigation
and
Rs.
5K
for
the
procedure.
On
the
day
of
initial
assessment,
we
have
to
meet
a
useless
phlebotomist
who
tried
poking
injections
7
times
on
my
wife's
hand
to
draw
blood
even
though
we
keep
telling
she
had
deep
veins
and
need
the
butterfly
needle
to
do
it,
but
he
was
overconfident
of
himself.
They
didn't
perform
Rubella
and
sugar
test
and
infact
the
guy
who
entered
the
blood
test
results
into
our
file
asked
if
our
home
sugar
tests
are
normal
and
then
he
ticked
the
sugar
test
as
normal.
They
did
all
documentation
well.
During
one
of
the
consultations,
Dr.
Puja
suddenly
asked
to
get
HSG
test
done
from
a
particular
clinic.
The
feedback
of
the
clinic
was
not
good
and
we
felt
it's
not
required
given
that
my
wife
was
able
to
conceive
before.
But
she
insisted
on
getting
SSG
done
at
the
center.
They
charged
Rs.
2K
for
this
test
and
took
cash
for
the
procedure.
When
the
1st
cycle
started,
they
gave
some
injections
for
stimulation.
They
didn't
write
the
name
of
the
injection
on
the
bill
and
a
ready-made
injection
from
refrigerator
was
taken
out
and
injected.
The
price
of
it
was
Rs.
2K
and
they
gave
4
such
injections.
The
scans
were
okay
in
this
cycle,
however
on
the
day
of
procedure,
my
wife
felt
like
all
fluid
came
out
while
taking
the
tube
out.
This
cycle
was
unsuccessful.
During
the
2nd
cycle,
almost
everything
was
the
same,
except
that
the
monitoring
scans
done
by
Dr.
Virul
was
overruled
by
Dr.
Puja
miscalculated
the
size
of
eggs
and
gave
an
early
date
for
the
procedure.
Seeing
this,
my
wife
lost
confidence
in
her
and
asked
for
Dr.
Puja's
presence
during
the
procedure.
After
a
lot
of
waits,
she
did
come,
talked
to
the
doctors,
made
jokes,
etc.,
but
my
wife
didn't
feel
as
if
she
injected
anything
inside
her.
She
left
without
talking
to
her
patient.
14
days
later
we
found
it
to
be
unsuccessful.
Too
insensitive
and
egoistic
behavior
by
Dr.
Puja.
From
day-1,
we
said
we
didn't
want
to
go
for
IVF,
we
only
wanted
to
go
for
IUI-D,
but
still
they
were
pushing
us
to
go
for
IVF.
Even
though
we
selected
the
donor
profile,
they
never
shared
the
semen
analysis
report
before
any
of
the
procedure.
We
really
felt
shattered
and
saddened
by
the
kind
of
service
provided
by
this
fertility
center.
All
our
hopes
were
crushed
and
we
lost
confidence
in
the
doctors.
We
really
felt
cheated.
We
spent
close
to
Rs.
50-60K
and
we
didn't
get
the
service
they
promised
us
to
provide.
We
went
ahead
seeing
so
many
positive
reviews,
but
the
actual
experience
was
otherwise.
We
really
feel
pity
for
the
poor
ones
visiting
the
center
who
are
not
so
educated
as
us
to
understand
how
these
clinics
cheat
us.
