Very bad experience. I suggest please don't go to Shree Jagannath hospital. Staff behavior are also not good. They are only focusing on test to earn money. Treatment is very bad. Doctors are for seva bhawna but this hospital do not have seva bhawana. Earning money is their motto only. In 2 days I incurred approx Rs 20000 in test and medicine and at last Dr Sudhir Prasad said that he do not get any finding. I am giving my review because I don't want others loose their hard earned money.

Consultation Fee is very high and double than top hospitals of tier one/two city. Lab charges are also very high. Facility is average and no advance machine for diagnosis. There is a reason why people don't have trust on hospitals of jharakhand who just look for earning money . People get their treatment in mumbai/ pune/ banglore or vellore.

Economic, away from practice of private hospitals like Satavita, Orchid etc. So for common issues, you may consult this hospital. Dr. Rakesh Arya and Dr. D P Singh are good medical practitioners earlier association with CCL Gandhinagar Hospital, Ranchi.

Dr.Sudir Kumar is the worst orthopedic doctor of shree jagannath hospital.....he is totally insane, has abusive tone, a maniac , a psycho who doesn't treat his patients properly. He has totally lost his mind and talks like patients are his servants. He is degrading the status of the hospital. One patient came and said that he is getting his check up done from CMC VELLORE and he has come here for regular checkup. To this,he said "why have u came here, if u want to be checked up follow my protocol otherwise go to CMC or somewhere else." His junior can tolerate such words not his patients.

This hospital are situated in near a Rani hospital and Raj bhabhan Jharkhand in ratu road.This hospital are open 24 ×7 hours and doctors are available in holydays and Sundays.Tha hospital is cleaning many times in a day and following COVID 19 rule .Before enter the hospital the security guards are available in gate with a sanitizer.For emergency patients doctors come any time to check the patients.I think this is a good hospital.Thank you....

Dr. SUDHIR KUMAR is the worst Orthopaedic Doctor in Ranchi. First of all he doesn't have the mannner of talking to his patients. secondly even if there are 15 active cases of Covid in ranchi he sits far off from the patients and writes tests and medicines without even physically examining the patients. Can u expect this from an ortho doctor? If you have so much fear of Dying of covid better stay at home rather making money by cheating the people. There are many other Doctors in Ranchi who can take care of Patients. STOP FOOLING PEOPLE. People can go to Dr. AYAN in DEPUTY PARA Kutchery.

Bad Experience , the staff and even the doctor was very bad in behaviour , the staff didn't allow my father to take rest on the bed even he was not able to sit . We keep on asking doctor that what is the reason the root cause it happened he was like just eat this medicine that's all , we asked him sir is there any excerise we need to do he was like just eat this medicine na . We didn't responded properly had very bad experience won't recommend .

The Dr is quite good but the staffs(especially receptionist) is worst. And about the management ......it's totally confusing.It takes 3 hrs nd more for blood report.

I m coming here from bokaro for fistula surgery one of the best hospital and Doctor R R sinha sir,is great person and very positive relationship with patients and nice way operate by Dr sir here cleaning carring taking all is very good every thing one time delivered and mention rule regulations there...also there live our respected God Shree Jaganath mahabrabhu ji He is carring to all peoples and patient all person is honest well behaviour desipline person good medical treatment there....and very clean hospital.....

Ridiculously unprofessional experience. I had the misfortune of interacting with their ortho opd - lacked empathy, zero respect for anyone's time (waited 2 hours to get a 90 seconds consultation which was confirmed a day before) and more importantly the diagnosis /treatment was utterly futile. I would urge you to not waste your time, money and more importantly health by visiting this sorry establishment.

Never seen such a hospital in my life. They are only concerned for billing and are least bothered about the patient. The moment you enter hospital the staff will pound upon you for your medical insurance. For a small surgery they kept the patient for 3 days otherwise the patient should have been released the same day of surgery

All the things were good. But just one concern, what about the lift? One is marked for patients and the other one is marked only for staff. What about others visiting hospital? Adding to that, I was once asked not to use patient's lift and the other day was asked not to use the staff lift. Lift reserved for patients is acceptable but, one exclusively for staffs? Just not done.

Bad experience. Receptionist, firstly they will ask to check with some other doctor available for the X-ray so that the report is ready before doctor come. But that doctor only wrote everything and told to Dr. Sudhir Kumar and he was not even giving 2 min to listen to patients and just writing medicine. I don't know what's the meaning of charging on the name Dr. Sudhir Kumar then.

Hospitality of this hospital is like 5 star hotel and staffs are really helpful. Clearness at it's best.. & Last but not the least Doctor (Sudhir sir) and his helping staff(Doctors)are one of the the best Doctor in the field of orthopedic....

I would have given in negative. It was frustrating experience. The doctor Mr. Sudhir Kumar is very rude to the patient. I have never seen such a rude behaviour of any doctor. Complete wastage of time and money.

Worst management.The staffs in the reception are rude they don't listen to your problem.If You have to consult an Orthopaedic surgeon you need to wait atleast 5/6 hrs.Neither the management nor the doctor is concerned about the patient Better visit some other hospital.

As a first-time visitor, I had a fantastic time. When we checked in, we had barely waited for assistance. Excellent experience with Shree Jagannath Hospital. Doctors and staff were always courteous and helpful. They made sure that my preparation, surgery, and follow-up went as smoothly as possible. Since the beginning, the entire process and staff have been cooperative. Food and room service are great. Hygiene standards are high.I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Sudhir kumar is a disgrace not only to medical fraternity but also to humanity. I got my ligament surgery done from him a year back and went to him several times for post surgery consultation but he is never willing to listen to his patients will keep bragging about himself and his attitude is so pathetic that even the trash from the hospital would seem better than it. He is only interested till you pay your surgery fees. Infact his son Dr Nilay Kumar is more helpful towards patients. Please save yourself from this trauma and only visit him if it's indispensable.

Communication could be much better.during operation.they took my father at 9.30 am and there was no message conveyed for 5 and a half hour.

Best orthopaedic fascilty. I am from Bokaro and visited hospital for my relative femur bone fracture. Before meeting Dr Sudhir Kumar we visited many other hospitals but we were not convinced. Finally we got treated at shree jagannath hospital and we are so uappy with our decisuon. Fracture is completely hilled and he is walking like before.

Doctors R R Sinha Sir and Rakesh arya Sir both are as Gods for patients in Ranchi. They are very experienced doctors. They are doctors but they have no proud. They treat patients as family members but male receptionist of this hospital behave very rudely with patients. Yesterday around 11.30 am I visited this hospital for consultation to Arya Sir . My wife was very serious having high fever , doing vomitting and giddiness. But male receptionist could not allow me to meet Dr arya sir only because i had not xerox copy of CGHS card. I was ready to show original card but they said who would get xerox copy. Ultimately Orchid hospital treated my wife. It was very disappointing for me. They are worse than animal. I wish if these two doctors have their own clinic i would never visit this hospital again.
