So as far my experience is concerned, Its totally waste of money to visit this place. They have a strong cash eating model of marketing and only aligned on business only, no medical cure, or you can say that 20% medical cure and 80% of cash eating business. They will charge you straight 900 rupees only for consultation and at last provide you some commission gained mosturisers, Soaps and Creams for every issue you have. Staffs are like un professionals ones.

Shame on Ishaan Clinic 😠 Everything doesn't look as shown in photos here clinic used paid and bot reviews to match competition with every other clinic. Not only bcoz of review, I won't recommend anyone this to anyone because of their high price and poor behaviour staffs. Any clinic can't have all 5 star reviews. Everyone should be aware of their poor clinic culture.

Fake 5 star , dr only makes maoney by fooling you, i went there by seeing good review on google but that was my biggest mistake , 1year of treatment and no result at all. Don't get trapped in good review on google you will regret if you go.

One of the best I have ever come across. I have struggled with acne my entire adolescence and even in my 20s, visited a couple of doctors, tried every skin care routine out there, checked my hormone levels, didn’t eat junk etc. you name it I have done it , but it never cleared up until Dr. Saroj took me up as her patient. My skin is the best it has ever been, one of the kindest, most genuine doctor out there💜💜. 2023 : I CHOSE to do an observership under her as a doctor ( MBBS graduate) despite being from Mumbai. I have learnt so much from her - She’s extremely knowledgeable in her subject and treats patients with so much love and kindness. The way she addresses patients is something I’ll carry forward in my practice too. Her machines are extremely expensive ( the ones she has purchased FOR HER PATIENTS) yet her fees for those treatments are super subsidised (I myself got hydra facial done there because it is so cheap compared to Mumbai) + it’s hard to find in a place like Ranchi BUT she has revolutionised it there. As a doctor myself, I noticed that a lot of patients want to be cured extremely quickly and are impatient- please learn to be patient and to be COMPLIANT with the medicines she prescribes and the advices she gives. I had got granuloma pyogenicum on my lips,it was on my lips for 4 months,it use to look like a small lump and it used to bleed when touched,I took so many antibiotics from other doctors but it was all in vain. My son was treated for acne and acne scars and is under her treatment for past 4 months. So far results are amazing. I went for the scaring but after 2 months of treatment I found no results.. Highly Dissapointing and it's just waste of money and time . The consultation fee is 700 INR and the medicines prescribed by her will cost u around 2k-3k and that's only for 20 days. Won't recommend.

I was went there for black mole / hyperpigmentation... When results come I will post feedback report. Many medical shops offer 10 to 15% rebate but Ishan Pharma not given so.They also give cover file for each patient, but this time not given so.

My acne problem didnt resolved even after visting twice. Also the pharma store in the same premises charge medicine at MRP which is readily available at e commerce website at half price.

I don't know what to say, but I've had a very bad experience at this clinic. I had a specific issue on my face, and when I came here, the doctor started treating it with certain medications. I spent 2.5 years on this treatment, and nothing improved. Finally, I decided to change my doctor, and to my surprise, the new doctor informed me that I had been suffering from a different condition all along. Saroj ma'am was treating me for a non-existent fungal infection, while I actually had seborrheic dermatitis. I initially chose her due to her experience in this field, but I deeply regret that decision.
