Best hospital for eye . My cousin was treated here. The case was extremely tough but the treatment was so good that all case was handled smooth . The compounder here is so good he serves every single kid as his own child really humble staff and very supportive.

It sells eye drops which is no where sold in Ranchi but here. Have to travel 45 km to just purchase eye drops.

Pros: Excellent doctor and high tech clinic. Cons: Management and cashier department behaviour is not good. Customer queries are handled in a rude manner. One thing that this clinic need to work on is to give soft skills and communication skills training to their staff.

Worst place ever. The people here are the worst kind of persons you will ever meet. They will shout at you and even push you around if you don't do as you are told. No managment, no experience on how to treat customers. I would recommend KASHYAP EYE CARE. They are the best

Very nice experience. We met Dr Bibha Kumari for problem related to retina. She was very polite. We had to wait for some time as it takes time to dilate the eye for proper examination. However, the treatment given by Dr Bibha was very effective.

Dr. BK Verma is a very good Dr. I have been suffering for my son's eyes for many days, even after meeting many Drs, there is no improvement. After meeting Dr. BK Verma, my problem has gone away, thank you Dr. 🙂
