Last year in the month of May I visited this clinic. Although I am grateful to the doctor that he consulted me but he was fully unprofessional. He simply checked my tonsils with a torch and didn't even give me any proper explanation on that.By the way I was suffering from allergic rhinitis and he prescribed me unnecessary antibiotics injection that too of 500mg twice a day and there were other meds.Overall my per day intake was around 2000mg including every meds. This went on for a week. When my conditions didn't improve I tried to meet that doctor but his daughter she totally rejected that and on sharing my problems with her she started arguing and told me that you will have to take more meds for around 20 days . In one week my total expenses were around 5000.Then I finally decided to meet another ENT specialist.I am not promoting him but I am telling u all the exact things.I consulted Dr Harsh, and he listened to me properly for half an hour, and then he diagnosed my disease and he made me clear that no doctor is going to cure your allergic problem.And he gave a simple nasal drop and montelukast tab and a gargle liquid. And for the past 1 year I am fine. Although I do have allergic symptom sometimes but I am ok. By the way what was hilarious was the fact that when I went to Dr harsh he simply refused to take a look at SN Lal's Prescription saying that he is well aware of what SN Lal is doing in this pandemic, looting innocent ones. Note: If somebody thinks that I am promoting Dr Harsh then for them, till now I haven't rated him in google because good things don't need publicity and I am giving my feedback here for those innocent people who simply google it and make up their mind to visit this fraud doctor. Unfortunately google doesn't have minus rating..

I was going through reviews so writing mine. I was suffering from headche & tinitus. First came clinic as I stay in orissa then onwards I do consultation online, my tinitus reduced lots . They give even minute details in such good way written plus verbal , of course madam is so good , beneficial reply at whats app I get..sir is always expressive in his views. I do not fake these people..(very honest in today times) , my english ignore but truly damn good appreciable..highly recommend the doctor , thank you sir.

The clinic is operating just for money, they will charge you Rs. 800 for 2-3 minutes of consultation and prescribe lots of expensive medicines, they will reiterate to buy medicines from some particular medical stores. The clinic is old and dirty, it is not well equipped. You'll feel like you have gone 25 years back in time. I felt grossed when he put the same old metallic tongue depressor on my mouth ( I'm sure he has been using this since ages), he could have just used the disposable ones during this Corona time. I have been living in Bangalore and just came to Ranchi for few days, even good doctors in Bangalore with all the latest equipments do not charge this much. Also the medicines prescribed by the doctor are too expensive. One pathetic thing that I noticed while going through the reviews after coming back home from consultation was that he has been replying very rudely to all the negative reviews provided by the patients and just stating that the patient is not registered with them. So, let me just clarify that they do not register you in the first place. As soon as I get there, the doctor came and immediately asked for Rs. 800 without 'registration' and then only he started his '3' minutes consultation. Since the consultation fee is comparatively high for a small city like Ranchi, I would suggest people to visit a doctor who atleast has a well equipped and clean clinic. They just charge you fee without upgrading their facilities. Edit : No wonder they can't take any genuine feedbacks from the patients. They do not forget to blame the patients if someone leaves 'not so good feedback' for them. So, there is no scope of 'improvement' in the future. Also, it's not about having a 'fancy' clinic as stated by clinic in the reply, it is about having a basic, clean and equipped facilities provided to the patients which was lacking here in this clinic. It's so unhygienic and dirty that you'll get infected by some other disease. Please do not visit this old, dirty, unhygienic clinic which is operating just for pity money. To my honest feedback, I got a reply from the clinic that "If you want to go to modern equipment store, you can visit a nearby shopping mall". This reply itself is so foolish and stupid that I can't even believe that they are actually operating a clinic. It's pathetic and shameful that they are so ignorant and rude to the patients. Also, it's high time they should visit a nearby mall to get the latest medical equipments instead of babbling anything to a patient's genuine feedback.

One of the best ENT I have came across. Wonderful experience. Complete satisfaction with his treatment and absolute value for money. Recently again i took my colleague's son for some ear blockage. I wish I could rate him in negative numbers. I went to him to clear blockage in my right ear. Initially he couldn't get much wax out so he gave me a second appointment but then also his method is highly painful and he's arrogant about his treatment. I went there with zero pain and came out with unbearable pain. I'd say his methods are old just like him and the consultancy rate is quite high. His treatment costed me around 3000 and left me with just pain and nothing else. I went to a different ENT Specialist and he treated me within minutes. I'd highly recommend not to consult this doctor.

This is not the right doctor. my sister consulted him For ears. He was hearing less and the doctor said that there is wax in the ear. The doctor used some kind of acid to remove the wax from the ear.This caused my sister's eardrum to burst. Ruining someone's life to earn money is not a good thing. I do not recommend anyone to go to this doctor.

Visited the Dr. Once, it's very easy to analyse what kind of Business he is running. First when we reached there, her daughter asked me about the problem and asked for the money in advance. When Dr. came he asked about the issue and prescribed 10 types of medicines. He further added that from which medical shop we should take those medicines😅. While Dr. Was treating us I have got a message on my WhatsApp about what to do and what not to do from Dr.'s daughter WhatsApp no. That too was forwarded many times. That simply means either there is no experience and care about the patient or they have only the copy paste system...

The doctor and the staff were all nice and professional. I was seen with in the first 5 minutes of showing up. I got quality care and review of my concerns with this doctor. Really care about the patient.

There are so many reviews hare mainly of two types but they are antagonist to each other one says he is very good doctor and another says he is pathetic and I don't know whom to trust so I am gonna visit next month with the patient sabnam khaatoon . Have visited the clinic on recomendation fora sudden sinus ailment during my official visit to Ranchi. Not only was the doctor extremely helpful in providing the rightful solution but his assitant even followed up via telephone a week later post my departure. I was amazed at how well behaved and professional the team was despite needing to accomodate me in thier very tight scedule of a long list of waiting patients. I'm willing to recommend thier clinic to anyone who requires help in regards to thier sinus problems in and around Ranchi for sure! Kudos to the team of excellent doctors!
