Ratings are biased. Totally biased. Don't risk someone life by going to this hospital. From February we were a regular patient of this hospital. My mother was diagnosed with that disease which wasn't having any cure. Doctors of this hospital are amazing and professional. But nurse and staff of this hospital are worst they don't behave properly. At night they won't care what your patient is going through. They'll get irritated as soon as if they're COO of hospital. Coordinator are so called they won't talk to you, even they won't coordinate with you properly you have to run after them. It's like simply pay the money and get a treatment which is equivalent to government hospital. Just now I've called them for my mother's death certificate but they haven't respond me very well now again I've to soap or butter them ( की सर रिक्वेस्ट हैं करवा दे। क्युकी यह एक ऐसा हॉस्पिटल है जहां पैसा भी आपका सब कुछ अपका पर आपको एक गुलाम की ज़िंदगी, नहीं ही सुनते यहा के नर्स स्टाफ इन स्टाफ की आपस में नहीं बनती।)

It's there very careless service staff Customer need for one X- ray minimum 2-3 hours if you have a government service card.if you have to pay directly then will get good service got information from there staff . And there are no ultrasound sound system ability for many many days. It's all about make sure management department I think management are not taking breef form there staff. Kindly avoid going to this hospital unless you want to be cheated. They do not except any test and medicine purchased from outside. All the test and medicine are charged 3-4 times what you can get it from outside. For just getting an injection at the hospital they asked to consult a doctor,do multiple blood test and Covid test even if it was done a day back. The behavior of the staff is very rude and are ill-mannered. Even the doctors do not give proper service. My experience: the doctor was sitting at a corner of the room and looking at the patient from a distance of 10 feet. For this i had to pay Rs 900 for consultation charge. There is a large chance that you may have to move out of this hospital because of the service and cost. Even the website do not have any information about the experience of the doctors or the equipment used. Kindly do not go with the hospital building. Best alternative is "Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital" jamshedpur.

Best hospital for cancer patients in Ranchi. 1. They take proper care of hygiene. 2. I don't like the behaviour of nurses 3. Food provided by canteen is good.

My father was treated here but the doctors did not treat him properly. It was asked for daily radiation but here the machine remains faulty. If you don't have money then even 1 minute will not let you stay here on the bed.

One of the worst hospital to get treatment..they suggested that my father in law has heart blockage n said it's imp n urgent to go though open heart surgery... which we decided almost to go for as per drama created by doctor..but on second opinion from other doctor..we wr shocked to know that every thing is normal...n doesn't require any surgery...this hospital is only about fooling people to make money...plz keep this hospital as ur last option...

Staff behavior is not good. For 5 mins work they can take 5 hours. Always arguing with patients who is paying 2Lakh. One of the worst hospital in ranchi.

Doctors are good, but the management is very poor, they don't have first come first serve basis, They see patient on personal basis, if you have recommend then its ok otherwise don't know how much time to wait to consult with doctor

This hospital is very friendly in terms of usage. All the staff here are very friendly. Also its medical system here is of very high quality. My experience is beautiful in all respects.

Friendly staffs specially Subh Lata of admission. Doctors are very experienced and listen to patients problem. One of the best doctor available here is Dr. Chandrasekhar.

Dr chandrashekhar is very nice positive and helpful. The hospital is very very helpful for nearby people. Charges are genuine. Getting treatment of multiple myeloma for my father. The only issue is lack of coordination among the staff and huge outdated filing system. The service will not look as if it is a government hospital. Recently I came to know about a new rule that the attender is not allowed to eat or bring his lunch/dinner.when you have booked a private room. I don't understand where will the attender eat, maybe on road as per their wise sense of wisdom. Pathetic rules. Seriously new ways to manage must be rethinked to make this hospital one of the best.

The experience to be honest about the faculties of the hospital have been emaculate from staff to doctors but the management is highly disgusting. My mother had doubt of having lumps in her breast so we went there what the doctor has to say they told us several test to perform in which one of the test was supposed to be performed when they found any symptoms but after ultrasound it was there nothing found in my mother's breast but the management who are there are in the money department cut fees beforehand and my 20,000 is stuck and they have been delaying the refund since 2 months n more Whenever asked about the issue the they say from banglorethey have not cancelled so u have to wait until then how much do we wait I want my issue to resolve ASAP

Absolutely poor management, staff is unaware of anything. Took an elderly patient more than 6 hours for a minor checkup. Even though they had the appointment of the doctor in prior. Very irresponsible employees, doesn’t have any courtesy to address the issue. Extremely unprofessional and poor management

Worst hospitals and their doctors even worse. They don't know how to behave with the patients. Actually a year back I went to this hospital. My father has some stomach issues. Doctors told me to take an MRI scan and after seeing the report they told me that my dad got cancer and he needs surgery. It was a shock to my family. Then we said okay we are ready for surgery but they gave the date of surgery very long. So, we went to CMC hospital, is it Vellore, Chennai. They checked the whole body and found nothing apart from the gas in the stomach. I wanted to share this incident so, please be careful while going to this hospital. They are just making money for nothing.

Radiation treatment was done by Dr. Aftab Alam Ansari. My exprience for radiation was too good. Doctor and all staff are very supportive. Also radiation staff was supportive.

It was good Cancer Hospital . I have worked as a Student Nurse for 5 Months and had a Great Exposure and the Staff Management were Supportive and Active 24/7. Doctor's were good and all the Nurses were of Good Knowledge and experienced .

Excellent medical team for cancer care. The 5 star rating only for Dr.s and medical staff, otherwise supporting staff and counter staff behaviour not well.

Doctors are amazing and have patience to hear patient problems. But there is scarcity of instruments in hospital. If there is blood transfusion for patient then attendant have to take blood from bank and also attendant have to warm the blood. There is no instruments. But they charge hefty for transfusion even if they don't provide anything (all to be done by attendant).
