Horrible experience, the staff is very rude to the patient and has no etiquette. Even now during Covid period, they call elderly people and make them wait for hours. The place is crowded by poor patients as they do not have enough choice, but the staff is only concerned about their own safety. Will never recommend anyone unless you are on death bed. Edit: am glad you finally acknowledged and am assuming you care about the reviews. You are correct about my visit time but i had heard about your staff misbehaving from multiple people before personally experiencing it.

I always used to get checked by him for my dental issues.. but when I got my RCT done.. Dr. Did my RCT wrong on his 1st attempt..then he did my RCT 2nd attempt.. then he did he right .. I suffered for more than a month and had endless medicines .. even my dad after few years of getting his RCT is not satisfied

I and my family have been visiting D-Mall for more than last 7 years. My experience of this dental clinic is excellent. Dr Kunal Banka is a young, highly competent and an excellent human being. He takes personal care of his patients. Dental clinics are very susceptible to infection since mouth is exposed during the process of treatment. Dr Kunal is well aware of this sensitive aspect and takes utmost care to prevent any type of related infection by ensuring the use of properly sterilized instruments for each patient. Treatment cost is also quite reasonable compared to any other dental clinic in Ranchi.

I went to make a mouth guard for night grinding. The experience with the care team and doctor was good.. Behaviour wise.. But the mouthguard is worst I have ever used... It was ill-fitted from beginning..but the doctor deliberately convinced me that it's initial fit, it will get better with time. Guess what , I was right, it never got right.. And my tmj issue increased..3k down the drain. Please dont go here for making mouth guards, they don't have that expertise.
