    It's almost been an year since I'm training here and yep it's a great gym, owner's polite, has certified and experienced trainers that are always there to assist you. Machines are well lubricated and maintained on regular basis. Seperate hours for girls are also available.

    Owner is not aware of workout knowledge. He just tells the same diet to everyone regardless of anyone body and also tells to to do workout randomly without proper guidance. You have to rely on yourself only. Also the price is high according to few machines only

    It’s volume, intensity, and diet. A friendly gym. I belong to a glorious gym. I go two hours a day, six days a week. It’s a good gym.
