This is a fantastic gym!! With latest equipments and a clean, hygienic environment. The gym membership allows you to not only use the equipments but also offers other programs like Yoga, spin sessions, circuit training, Bollywood dance workouts etc to name a few at no additional cost. Also, the gym has a really friendly staff team and the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. They give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout and are very approachable. The gym crowd is also awesome, people readily help others.

Very unhelpful and lazy staff. I lost my phone on Friday 3/11/23 while coming from the gym and i have been asking for cctv footage and the owner's number none of the staff or receptionists have been kind enough to help me in my case of emergency. There is no humanity left. Highly disappointed. Zero star rating. This is my last month of training at this gym. I will never come here again. Very bad experience. Disappointed. ---------- This is my detailed review about this gym. Firstly, it's run by hooligans. I've been a member here since nov 2020. On 3/11/23, I lost my phone around 4:42 pm while returning from the gym. It's Tuesday today. For the last 3 days I've been requesting the CCTV footage and owner's number from the useless staff and manager but none of them have been cooperative and I still haven't been able to get either of the two things. I've been requesting them very politely everyday twice a day leaving all my work, and putting my life on hold ..I am going back and forth daily for the last 3 days..literally begging them to help me. Today, after taking an appointment when I again went to request for the cctv footage, the manager (Vijay Girdher) showed his true colors and threatened me to be in my limits by pointing finger at me. This gym is full of illiterate trainers and no one can be trusted here. Full of thieves! Aaj mere saath hua hai kal ko aaplog k saath hoga aur hoega hi. I am a true believer of Karma..3 saal ho ya 30 saal, customer relationship kuch logo k bas ki baat hi nahi hai.. Aur ye log service industry me upar uthenge... My last seen location is at the gym.. NOW I AM 100000% SURE THAT SOMEONE STOLE MY PHONE AT THE GYM. And these people are trying to cover this up for some reason unknown to me. They have something to hide and it shows. No one helped me. No one! Join this gym at your own bloody risk.

Gym is temple for body builder,fitter nd wellness rather it's a adobe of body well wisher.Usually people neuron multiply zillion of times for joining a gym that goes for me as well. However I kick the hurdle and finally join "HEALTH FREAK'S GYM".From my opinion each one have two side one is bright another you know better than me. Same goes with this gym so called "HFG". Sparkling of this club are 1) Friendly , well behaved nd well mannered trainers. 2)cleaness is at par 3) hygiene environment 4)Well equipped with gym equipment 5) follow up with your health 6)You will get ample off options for group activities and outdoor activities. few things that fading it's twinkling are 1)No massage 2)No swimming pool 3) During pick hour it's crowded. I write this review after 4 month of joining.frankly speaking if you neglect few unwanted things then just do it big go for it just be fit thanks.

Excellent gym with different activities like zumba, spinning, kickboxing, bollywood dance workout,yoga, outdoor activities and many more. You can even higher a Personal trainer for better results. Facility for home also available Neat and clean washrooms and lockers also available STEAM BATH adds more luxury. Highly recommended .

One of the best place with all the necessary equipments for workout. Apart from the regular exercise, the gym has excellent group exercises scheduled for the entire week & also conducts fun fitness activities in intervals. The trainers are also well aware with the exercises & equipments & helps to achieve our goal of fitness.

Little on costly side. But best in Ranchi. Lot of good trainers and extra things like Zumba and spinning.

Joining health freaks changed my life . My sleep routine was really disturbed thanks to covid. The stuff from reception to the trainers ,they are friendly and very supportive. The workouts are especially made customised and very efficient.
