Worst gym very unhygienic and dirty environment no guidance is their no one attend in morning time Only money oriented staffs are their, I went to their once with a good hope but what I show I think it’s better to do work at home not to pay my hard earned money such a worst place

I have been working out at this gym since 2018 and I can vouch for it's honest services. Their trainers are good and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. The overall vibe is great.

I have taken personal training from Mr Akash and it gave me results. Trainer is good, knowledgeable, humble. The gym has good equipment. What is required is being patient and following the guidance of trainer.

At the time of joining they will act all friendly and tell you how flexible their plans are you can pause your membership if you are studying in another city but when you go back they'll say we discontinued that pausing facility without any prior notice. These guys are scammers!!

Met some of the most supportive people of my life , I was in verge of becoming obese , every trainer gave me physical as well as moral support more like a family member and helped me lose weight. Really healthy environment , nice equipments and knowledgeable faculty , and most importantly they listen to each and every client and give response and suggestions accordingly and lockers are also available....

Well equipped in weight training, good quality treadmill with no time limit, mechanical cycle, has cross trainer but generally not put ON, spacious, locker room, toilet etc... Drawback is that its bit crowded during peak hours despite being spacious

Its been a year since i joined sparx. I have been suffering from slipped disc for almost 15 years. With guidance from trainers here, i have recovered (almost 70%) its long way to go. Trainers here are very helpful and do know their job. Its amazing gym with lots of space and well maintained equipments. I genuinely recommend everyone near by Lalpur to join Sparx Fitness Care. Had a fear of gym and exercises before; but this place is ultimately the best, it has all the amenities for a fit- body lover. Special shout out to my trainer; Ms. Geeta, the best , I would say, she has made my first ever gym experience, a fun one. She's a boon to me as she knows how to shape up one's body. I have been benefited quite a lot and I owe her for my curves and fat burns. To add, I have lost almost 6 kgs in 2 and a half month.

The gym is mostly known by its trainers and equipments. Trainers here are of utmost knowledge about physical fitness and friendly. The equipment and the machines are also quite good. For me, this place is more than gym because this place made me what I am today. It made me loose more than 6 Kgs and that too in less than 3 months. The vibe of this gym is equally fe​lic​i​tous.

It's a great start, the environment is also really adjustable. Please surely join, if you really wanna work on your body. Trainer is also very very very good.
