Very nice Unisex gym at affordable rate. Good Ambience and vibes. Equipments are in good condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

All they care about is personal training and for that you will have to pay ₹4000 extra. If you are someone who is already trained, then the place is for you but if you are not, try out some other place. You will have to figure out for yourself how the machines work and without proper guidance you may hurt yourself real bad.

Gym is located next to DAV bariatu school. It is divided in two sections, Cardio Section on second floor and main equipments and office in first floor. Equipment's in cardion section needs upgradation since treadmills and elliptical machine does not work properly.

Worst experience...The staffs are very unprofessional, maximum equipments are broken or not in working condition, overcrowded and suffocating. First have a trial then only makeup your mind.

This gym can full fill your almost every requirement which are needed to build a good physique. They keep adding new equipments so it's nice option.

Good place for daily workout to improve fitness and good physique they have all the necessary equipment for bodybuilding as well as cardio exercise.

Good and spacious. Not much crowded. Equipped with latest machines and strength systems. Has a separate floor for cardio. Has washrooms and changing room for both the floors, seaparately. Locker facility free of cost. Personal training also available. Gym monthly fee is ₹1000 for both cardio and strength. If you select either of the two, ₹700 is the fee. Cool ambiance. Sufficient car and two wheeler parking facility.

Pros : Value for money! Contains all neccesary equipments. Also fee is not that high. Cons : sometimes it got crowded in the peak hours.

Nice gym, but the equipments break down very often and the place is quite small considering the no. of people that come to the gym. All of the basic equipment are there, air conditioner, separate cardio and strenght section. 💪

Probably the best gym in bariatu. The owner/coach punit singh is very kind, gernerous and very supportive.He gave me personal training at a very reasonable price. 1 year back I was not able to lift even 2.5 kg dumbles but now with his constant guidance and support i can lift 30 kg dumbels. This is the best gym in bariatu as it is cost effective or in other words its value for money. You should definitely consider joining this gym if you really want to build your body

Great place to workout. The gym is equipped with all the modern equipment. Prompt and helpful trainers. The trainers are always be ready to guide you and constantly help us by giving us advice regarding diet, proper form etc. And it's affordable.

The gym needs a serious upgrade at this point, overcrowded, no air ventilation, broken equipment, improper management and the dumbbells never being on the rack. Rest its still good and functional as of now
