However, the salesman or girls are not good responsive in showrooms. Oftenly their phones will be artificially engaged or nonresponsive. Sales man or girls show their enablities to reply about online order enquiry. Management should look in this matter to promote their buisness.

Very bad experience I have sell my pearls necklace in CaratLane stone ranchi which I purchase from CaratLane online app on 4/09/22 but still I don’t get the refund amount every day I use to call and ask what happens to my refund they said it’s complete mam but no refund reflects to my Account and I share my my bank account also but every day they said we are connecting to backhand team but today is 14/09/22 and still I don’t get any solution and they will also not share the bank name jis ka reference number CaratLane ne Mujha diya hai

Nice place, located on the main road. I was impressed by their warm welcome .. though the items I was looking for was not available but they assured it would reach my home in a week. And they delivered the item right on time

The collection is nice..but there is no hospitality..staff is not gonna ask u even for water although u r buying products valued in lakhs..whereas other nearby jewelers' first preference is to serve the customer with a complimentary drink..just to satisfy the customer.
