Poor Ambience & Display standards...not as per Bata or any other orgnized retailer. Staff are disinterested in attending customers, communicate wrong discounts. Picked a pair on 50% off display area but at cashpoint the discount was only 20%. Sizes are also not available most of the time.

All product available but not same pricing as online Or here in offline product prices are higher than online or some prices prices lower than online so if you want to try and buy then go for offline or you can order online as well same quality products and also bata quality is very good for like 1500 to 3000 type product

SURPRISINGLY GOOD!!! Looks like nothing, aging and dusty, but, a very large collection, with helpful staff, and surprisingly satisfying experience. I bought leather slippers for men's jeans combo, beach sandals, and office loafers. Found them all, in a large variety of colors and sizes. I recommend this to anybody who values finding a perfect fit, over shopping someplace that looks pretty, because I've never been happier or more surprised by a buy.

The outside decor of the shop is so deceiving. Dirty shoes are offered at a price of Rs. 2,500/-. Not recommended anymore. However we got a shoe at 219/-. To that extent we are fortunate.

It was a sales stores. We were probably among the first visitors of the day so store was still getting cleaned. Staff was quite helpful

Price mentioned on items and also on the box gets differ , when it is billed. Reply from them is that items are billed after adding GST. Why is price is not mentioned with added GST on box . LESS CONFUSING THE CUSTOMER
