zoo,
where
Indiaβs
one

the

aquariums
has
been
coming
up,
which
will
showcase
more
than
1,600
fishes
of
120
varieties.
Chief
minister
Raghubar
Das
will
open
the
cityβs
much-awaited
aquarium
for
public
viewing
on
June
28.
βBuilt
at
an
estimated
cost
of
Rs
3.64
crore
and
spread
over
an
area
of
936
square
metre,
the
aquarium
will
have
fishes
of
both
exotic
and
indigenous
varieties,β
said
zoo
director
Ashok
Kumar,
adding,
besides
Indian
breeds,
rare
and
popular
fish
species
have
also
been
brought
to
the
zoo
aquarium
from
Bangkok,
Malaysia
and
Singapore.
