Poor quality product but high in price. Just because it lies in a mall they have raised the price for items of low grade. Store Manager is rude. I bought walker and its hook gets snapped causing injury to toddler.

Mr. Dutta who is doing bill at counter , his behaviour towards customer is very bad and harsh. I have noticed it in last three times when I visited first cry store in nucleus mall. I would not recommend anyone to visit first cry store in nucleus mall.

No one should ever visit this shop... worst shopping experience.. no one attends the customer .. lazy staff members.. they dont even provide proper bill .. and make excuses like the machine is not working etc etc.. and their bizzare return and exchange policiesss which is only applicable for clothes and shoes and not for bags or any other items..

In this mall is present many more nd satisfied and also branded company

Located in the 2nd floor of the Nucleus Mall. Store environment, ambience and store members are superb. Good collection of all the categories for babies, age range from 0 to 6 years. In store employees are very courteous and they possess good product knowledge. Once should visit this store. It was really a wonderful experience

I asked for Pigeon Bottle, pigeon nipple & babyhug baby apparel, for all these items the store was not having stock.

The shop has limited items and very few staffs to guide or suggest. The shop incharge himself doesn't know much about products.
