Their service was good. But poor of negative issues. For credit cards, they will charge more. The cycle which we purchased "trinxM 136" recommend by then it's not good. Getting rust quickly and poor quality materials used in it... Break system also not good.

Bought one boxing gloves but didn’t like the quality so came back to return after 1 hour. I wanted to get my cycle servicing done to which the owner had agreed earlier and also said he will arrange for pickup. But after I returned the boxing gloves he said the pickup won’t be possible now. Didn’t expect such a behaviour from big fitness shop owner.

Very Bad Customer experience, No ethical way of talking. They only want to sell vehicles and do not want to provide any support or service. Will request people to avoid buying from this store. Owner is very arrogant and do not have audacity to speak politely with customer. The owner has no respect for customers and spoke very rudely stating that as he has not sold this vehicle, therefore he does not owe any service for the Pure Neo Etrance. As he does not receive any commission out of it and they do not care for other customers of Pure vehicle. I have performed paid service of my electric bike at this store, then also this kind of reply is not expected and now I have to carry my bike's battery back to Jamshedpur from where I have bought it. Over all very bad support for Pure Electric bikes as it's only specific to particular dealer from were you buy the bike.

Visited the place to buy a cycle. I expected an honest and reputed showroom. But they charged me lots more then that of the market price of the cycle. Didn't feel good after knowing the actual price online.

I had to service my Firefox bicycle and my experience with the service was very nice. I was very satisfied with the service as the guys tuned all the parts of my bike even though I only asked for replacement of a broken spoke in the rear wheel. My front gear system was jammed and he tuned my rear gears as well. Was pleased with that kind of service. If you like the work please support the guys working when you get your bike serviced there.

Don't waste your money by buying pure ev Chinese electric scooter. Scooter is of cheap quality and worst part is after sell service because they don't have any staff to service your scooter
