Amazing experience with one plus service center. Performance of the service provider are awesome and very fast. Quality of service is good. Service provider are knowledgeable. They know about the process and product of the phoens.

Horrible hospitality..super rude receptionist.. They don't know how to attend customers in the first place.. My only advice is you guys need to work on training your attendents on how to be nice to customers at least..and I don't know where in world takes a week for the broken screen to be replaced..in Bangalore I got it done within couple of hours an year back..

Dealer is way too arrogant. Couldn't really make the deal. Trying to charge me 5k extra just because the device is rare? That's literally taking advantage dude. Have some manners. We're the one giving you profits.

I was having problem with my sound button in one plus 6. It was not working. They told me it will cost 8000 becoz that button is attached with display. So the display body will also be changed. Then I visited another shop near kantatoli chowk, my prblm was solved in just 600 only. One plus service centre is of no use😂😂. Don't go there

Service is okay, but staff there don't pick up calls. They create confusion and there after dont clear them out

Customer service was good....the officials were showing decent behaviour and the infrastructure was lovable.

Very quick service.. hardly take half an hour to complete my service request. Staff are humble and eager to help. 5 star satisfaction.

The place is beside MI service centre near NIBM. I went there for the servicing of my earphone. They changed my earphone without asking any questions. Just needed the bill. Asked me to come after half an hour and then they changed my earphone with a new one. It was not so crowded. It was a good experience.

Their phone was busy and after that when I call No one recives the call after dialing 2-3 times this happened 2nd time in two different days

The staff are not customer friendly and have slightly rough tone.

This service centre should be closed as soon as possible as there is no available parts for OP devices and service guy is very rude and not even justifying for denial of the service.

This was my first experience in OnePlus Care. I can say it was good, the behavior of the staff was also good.

This is my worst experience ever at any Service Centre. The staff knows one thing best, that is to give excuses and delay work. It has been over 10 days, that I have been trying to get a small thing done. I travelled all the way from another city but returned without any luck. Rs. 40k + we spend to buy a phone to get this treatment at Service Centre. "Kal aaiye madam, kal pakka..." On each day. Nothing done yet. My ppl still going there each day.

Worst service by this centre. It didn't provide any facility to complainant. The much much better service provided by the other service centre located just few km from it.

worst service center ever. don't go no used of visiting here. they should closed this store if they don't want to do work . if you call them they never pick up even if they receive the call they will not speak .
