This big bazar have very good for kanke leaving people. Location is very good easy to parking their vehicle here. Almost all time product are available. Staff behavior also good. But on payment time it's time taken for all customer. Huge space here . Easily moving in the all store and section. Offer are also available in all products.

It is located near kanke on the main road with easy access by road with parking space for shopping groceries, clothing, home essentials, electronic products. There are total 2 floors in big bazaar. While the ground floor is allocated to men's fashion, Women's and kids clothing,1st floor is allocated to home furnishing and interior decoration items, beauty products, groceries and food items including pulses, dry fruits, vegetables, beverages, milk products and bread items., electronic items. Although instore shopping is good, the stock or items are not frequently rotated and refilled as well as the variety of items is comparatively less. Wonderful Mall. Great space and good collection. Offers are perfect as well saving money of our pockets.

Stock is good but can be improved. Pricing is fine yet more offers can be added. The billing counter was not managed well as only one counter was open on the entire floor yet no staff did anything about it. All over shopping experience for customer should improve.

There are few more branches of Big Bazar in different locations on Ranchi This particular store is One of the good place but remains closed during Lockdowns . There are categories wise shopping according to the items here Like Clothing , Electronics , furniture , in different floors . It is a good Family Groceries shop also ...

Mr.Arvind on the post of manager as conveyed at big bazaar kanke road branch showed the most unappropriate behaviour on the phone on being asked for refund of the amount after they showed their inability to deliver the order if this type of person is deputed in public stores like this the management might have to face problems sooner or later

I love to shop big bazaar due to its inexpensive price.

I like to do shopping from here on the occasions.. every year I take traditional clothes from here on Dusshera and trust me every one gives good complement for my dress. I like the offers they make. It's a huge place where you can get groceries, toys, men's Wear, women wear, kids wear. In Every season they bring the latest stylish design..and I personally seen most people like to do shopping from there. Clothes quality depends on price you know 😉

Hostel is situated in a crowded place. Good part is that the railway and bus connectivity is good as it is situated in main market area.

Nice supermarket, but be careful while parking your vehicles in front of mall, always check for parking in mall basement otherwise, you have to pay charges to local punters, and mall have no responsibility towards their Coustomer, because ye hai Ranchi meri Jaan 😒

Like every other BB this place also going down. The casher add's some extra amount on bill in the name of health or accident insurance without even asking(its a BB SCAM).

Service not up to the mark like any other supermarkets in ranchi. Staff too busy not to answer your question specially at billing counter.
