The designes are fine but the staff behaviour is very rude , they are least interesed in showing you products especially if you are not accompanied by any elder person, it is high time for the staff who are in customer relation to understand people who look or are young do not always need to be treated rudely. Pathetic experience with this particular branch never have been treated this way that too twice. A request to management please give some proper training to your staff .

Not satisfactory. Limited range . Staff ambiance was very dull . Above all billing procedure too lengthy took more than 1/2 hour... ( it was exchange billing) . I selected the product in 10 minuts billing 45 minutes too .. much . Although I m regular customer it doesn't happen always but last visit was horrible.

As we are the regular customer of Tanishq . But on 01.11.2021 on evening we went to purchase something from Tanishq Circular Road , Ranchi . someone was showings the perticular things which we wanted , the said salesman went to take weight of the said things then suddenly gatekeeper came near to us and loudly said that " yahan pe kon hai aur aise tray ko akele kyoun rakha hai " as if we are thief . he treated like we are there to lift something . It's good to protect your things but without insulting customer . The overall experience this time with the Tanishq is unwarranted . We were not expecting this type of treatment from Tanishq . But inspite of thar we purchased the things and came out .

I am not sure what is with all the judgement the staff has, Are we not allowed to buy gold for daily use or weddings and engagement are the only reason to buy gold, the staff is full of judgement if we go for a low budget jwellery and oh my even if I wanted to visit the section where wedding collection was kept the lady prompted "idhar wedding collection h aapke matlab ki nhi h". Well thanks to Tanishq-circular branch other jwellery brands benefit from your behaviour. Ps: Did buy a valuable asset way beyond what I had in mind that day from other brand because the staff knows their behaviour. All thanks to this branch of Tanishq.

If you don't have any plan of Tanishq then please don't visit this showroom. Because they will not allow you to take any photo of gold and barcode. Other then this showroom they allow you to take photos and later you can purchase it.

Completion of rest of the jewelery shop This shop has very dirty service, I went recently a few days ago. To buy a locket of Bajrangbali, I had given a very dirty service to me from there. Till now none of my updates have been told whether it will be able to be made or not and sometimes I message me from above. When I call, I ignore. If you do things for a big amount on anything, then you will get good service and if you buy anything with low budget, then you will not get good service at all.
