It was a very pathetic experience. The staff was very judgemental and was making unnecessary comments. The problem description was pretty much generic and not specific to the patient. Didn't feel the treatment to be worthy of the cost.

I have suffering with my genetics hairfall, it's started hair fall on large scale and hair density also decreased then I have consulted to dr batra. And took one year course, as homeopathy is a slow process so I took a one year plan and... In the first few months I didn't saw much improvement in my hair fall... I started my treatment on 26th Feb and till now batra's have been very nice.Even my hair fall has decreased a lot. Doctor and staff are cooperative..But only thing is that you have to give little time. Because it's time taking.

Its okay as homeopathy for other problems. But for hairfall please don't waste your money here trust me .

Insane results i get from dr batra's, i was lossing so much hair and hair line starts receeding but after 6-7 months of treatment it stopped the receeding hair line and gradually decreased hairfall by 70% the products are little expensive but worth every peny. My treatment has picked off after some really awful experiences when I rated them 1 star to 4 stars thanks to commitment from Dr Shahid, Dr Kaushik, Miss Sayantani ( she has been working hard on the therepies)and Mr Bhavesh in the Ranchi clinic. TBH I would have given 3.5, unfortunately I wasn't able to select that but never mind I can go for a 4 star considering they keep up the momentum without the dip.

Staff is good and acts quickly to any suggestions. Treatment seems to be effective but waiting for results. Doctors give time to listen to the problems.

Wouldn't give a single star. They tell you that rupees 450 is the doctor fees and then tell you the fees is rupees 3000( they haven't sent the bill citing their server is down), after waiting for 2.5 hours just to see the doctor for 5 min. even though the appointment was taken 2 days in advance. I should advice all those who are visiting Dr. Batra for the first time always ask what is the doctor fees in advance. My parents made a mistake please beware.
