The safety level of this fall makes it the most popular among all the waterfalls. The man made catchment area which is almost like a shallow pool makes for an awesome recreation spot where you can soak and drench in the cool water experience a mini-water park feel! You don't even have to climb down too many steps so you are saved from the tiresome efforts of climbing up and down. There's ample space around where you can cook during picnics. Good place for photography too for you get in the background a variety- waterfall, river, trees and rocks.

The place is very well maintained. There are dustbins everywhere and shopkeeper will ask all to throw the garbage in dustbin and not elsewhere. People visiting has to be more careful and not spread so much of garbage. It's important not to go and dirty the place with picnic. It's important to be more responsible and then enjoy. There are shops with good local snacks, cakes and sugarcane juice.

Good for outing with family. But there's no attraction like waterfall. There's adventure park for children below 12 years. If you want to enjoy swimming there's a pool. Overall scenery around it's was good enough to give you peace of mind and eyes

Last weekend, I embarked on an exciting journey to Panchghagh Falls with my college buddies for a picnic. We enjoyed a thrilling three-hour trek, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and filled with adventurous moments. The cascading waterfalls and lush greenery made the trip unforgettable. Panchghagh Falls is located on Ranchi-Chakradharpur Road in Khunti district of Jharkhand. Panchghagh fall water does not fall from great heights. Panchghagh falls is one of the popular destinations in Chaibasa khunt route. From highway it is about 1 km have to go inside. View is amazing. In down water fall can enjoy with water as water is collected look like swimming pool. The good thing is that it's not deep so even kids can enjoy deep is about 2 foot. This place is very serene and beautiful and has a rocky terrain. There are a few man-made steps which take you down to the falls. It is kept clean and is well-maintained. A must place to see for nature lovers. You can spend quality time with your family and friends at this quaint and serene place. The waterfalls has an area constructed specifically for bathing which is relatively safe and good for those who want to experience getting drenched in the water of the falls!

The place has been maintained well... proper path and guidelines were provided everywhere.. just the problem was that we went there in march ... when there is a bit scarcity of water.. it will give you a feeling of swimming pool or check dam..

Nice place to visit in Khunti and near Ranchi. Parking facility is available. Parking charges is Rs30 per car. Entry charges per person is Rs10. Nice waterfall can be observed here. Enjoy your visit with family and friends. You can also plan for picnic at this location. Best time to visit is between August to September. Enjoy local flora and fauna. You can also plan to bath here. There is a swimming pool area here too. Be prepared to walk down and climb stairs at this place. It also has a small kid area with mini park area.

This place is good if you want a swimming pool experience otherwise this place doesn't look very good in summer. But a beautiful place and the forest areas are also good. Ticket charges is 10rs and separate charges for vehicle.

Beautiful waterfall in Jharkhand which I have visited in recent times. I recommend people to visit once during rainy season when you are in near Ranchi City.

One of the best and famous waterfall in Ranchi . It is located in Khuntia which is approx 45 km from Ranchi. Best place for picnic, small parties , kitty party , 🎂 Birthday celebration , party with frens. I visited this place for 3 times and enjoyed the fall , Rain and bathing . Greenery is very beautiful . Various sitting arrangements are there from starting till end. Children park is also available .Best time to visit this fall after June month. Entry charges -10 Parking -15 Food stalls and restaurants are available .

Small place not too good but you can go once it's famous but not a big water fall. Go with friends and family for picnic. But if you are planning to go to see something miracle then you will fell wrost.

Beautiful picnic spot , road condition is good , can go through two or four wheeler , since it is a fall and you wish to have bath then you can keep some spare dresses to take bath . Spot for bath is safe . one should carry food, snacks and water as there is no restaurant at the spot . However you can find some good restaurants on the way towards Ranchi. Should leave the spot before sunset.

A very underrated place I have been here during winter season as well as during mansoon. Although you won't find much water during winter but you can definitely enjoy sunset view from this place. Checkout pics I have uploaded below.

Waterfall is so pleasing, especially in monsoons. 1 hour drive 40km from Hatia, Ranchi.

It's a nice waterfall. There is a pool like structure underneath the fall with just 2 feet height which is good for kids. We went during winter & the water was too cold inspite of heavy sunlight. We planned a picnic there with family members. It is a good place to hang out and enjoy.

Wonderful views...Well maintained, Neat & Clean waterfall and Rocky terrain. The best thing here is a natural swimming pool where people can swim safely and spend good time.

It was like a private waterfall to bathe in! Very nice. It's secluded, so not all amenities are there. But the pool and waterfall are amazing Best experience!

A must visit place.. But It can be made more better... By opening a restaurant there which offers majestic view of the fall and adjoining natural beauty 😍

The place is full of trees and the big trees are standing with their heads high. Water is flowing very calmly on a rocky way. Very nice and natural place to visit with friends and family

Small but very beautiful waterfall. The surroundings also very beautiful. Best time to visit during autumn. So many siuli (night jasmine / parijat) trees are there. And the best part is there is a bathing/swimming place below the waterfall. We enjoyed a lot.

Nice place for spending time with your friends , families or even with yourself. The waterfall has been modified into a community bath which reminded me of the common bath of Mohenjodaro 😆 You will get plenty of space for accomodation. You will see few children and old persons gathering near you at the end of the day. They come here just for food. So , don't waste your extra foods and other stuffs. Share it with them ❤️
