Very bad experience specially the lady der , she dont even know how to treat customers n how to talk . Even just taking money from customers n saying we cant refund or u can take anything else . Here matter is not about money its about the way she talks to customer . Such a bad language by her which is not bearable by any customers . There is a way to treat customers if they r wrong or right both of the part. Now i realised y people never prefer to go to dosa plaza only the reason is not tidy , not cleaned utensils for filter coffee . Bad experience with money wastage

They are Big fraud specially the lady at counter. Delivering old made dosa to customers ...I would suggest not to eat.

The store is having 2 outlets in ranchi,one in the food court of nucleus mall and the other in siramtoli chowk below maple wood hotel.Both the outlest serves authentic South Indian food with a huge variety of dosa,uttapam,idli etc.They also serve north Indian dishes in the main outlet.They have a huge range of fusion dosa also but my recommendations would be the plain or masal dosa.The quality and quantity both are good.Hygeine is also good.

Worst experience ..entire menu is fraud ...none of items mentioned are available ...menu is just for namesake ...they are basically selling only two items masala dosa and uttapam... Dosa was once over cooked and other time undercooked ...so customer need to explain what is rightly cooked dosa...after charging rs 160 for dosa...it's painful for them to share 1 tissue paper ..

The place offers different types of dosa Mughlai Dosa was my favourite one. You must visit at least once to see the quality...

I do not suggest you to here as the're a fraud they debited extra money from my card and also added extra food item, while they didn't give it , changed the order also the lady there is too rude to handle and is not professional needs to improve, beware you maynot notice it

This restaurant delivers very bad food, i request people not to place order from here, the taste of dosa as well as sambhar and chutney are very bad,it seems that the food is not at all fresh, feels like vomiting & there is higher chances of getting food poisoning.

I love Dosa and all things Dosa. So, I think this is a must try for anyone like me. I really liked the Fusion dishes which enhanced the taste of both the cuisines. All in all this is a must try place. The staff is well behaved abd they follow the rules of cleanliness strictly. The kitchen can also be easily checked for cleanliness. After a talk with the staff, I also came to know that the raw materials are prepped every day. The batter is made fresh everyday. It is truly a great place for hardcore foodies.

Food is awesome. But nowadays i am observing that they are not serving with all the ingredients of dosa such as red chutney, they used to serve earlier. This is a minor issue but great taste enhancer.

The most pathetic experience ever. I ordered one Maharaja dosa and found cockroach 🪳 in my sambhar. I went to the staff and made a complaint they said they will prepare one fresh dosa for us but I refused to take because I had almost finished my dosa and in the end I found this creature. Dosa plaza is such a big outlet and see how they are offering us totally unhygienic firstly I thought to knock the door of consumer forum to teach them a lesson so that they don't repeat this again. If you read this review at least have guts to accept and apologize.

Nice visit, if you are a South Indian food lover, this place can fulfill your need. It even have different types of other cousins. Little bit costly as compared to other places but you ll not feel bad after the visit.

Very bad service now a days. The people are not intreased in there work. I asked for Paper Masala Dosa, and they gave me normal Masala Dosa and said that it is same only. And only the masala is on side. Very Bad Experience only giving two star because of good quality food.

Love the Spring Roll Dosa. Sambar and chutney accompanied with Dosa was also good and the taste was perfect. Utapmam and Masala Dosa was also good. Definitely worth trying here if you are Nucleus food court.

I had the worst experience here! I went there on 16 sep 2023 with my mom in the nucleus mall outlet at around 1:30-1:44pm. We asked for two masala dosas whose cost was written 179rs for one on the menu. The staff is pathetic lady on the counter is the worst of them all! She charged us 437 and when I asked how, she said that we asked for masala dosa with butter and the gst is also added and I was like what?! When did we say "with butter"and she was full on arguing so, I left it at that since I was tired and was in no mood of arguing with that arrogant women. This thing was obviously added by her own for looting customers off of their money! But still I paid for the wrong order and sat there to eat. I didn't know what I should have done maybe I should have cancelled the order and not wasted my hard earned money only to eat this tasteless stuff and specially for getting humiliated and laughed at!! We paid for their fraud and worthless conduct and it was not like we begged them or ate for free! Bunch of idiots specially the counter women! You should just close the counter if you don't know how to treat customers and if your staff loves making fun of the customers. Ridiculous fools they were! Pathetic experience I had here. Worthless, pathetic service by them! I should've read the rating were many people said they had this kind of experience and should have gone to some other place. All the staff there were mannerless and wouldn't even tell us when our order was ready. My mom had to ask about the same by going to their counter countless times. And this is not all, they were rude and were even laughing on seeing us!! What is so funny about cheating someone and doing fraud dears?! The dosa didn't even taste good. The masala was only sticky, slippery, slimy potatoes with negligible onions and some turmeric. The masala was very less too. Sambhar was cold and didn't tasted good. I should have gotten something better to eat for this same amount instead of wasting my money here! When I asked for the bill, she said they've thrown all the bills like what is going on??! Pathetic, worthless and humiliating experience !! Will never ever go there again and I would urge others not to buy from here. These people especially the women at the counter had no manners. She would give you wrong order and if you are polite like me and can't say no to their face and can't fight for yourself even when you're right. You'll end up paying for something you didn't ask and will end up wasting your hard earned money for this humiliating experience! P.S. I will never go there and will never eat from them. You can judge accordingly.
