Overall a good retail outlet of Reliance petroleum. The staffs needs to be trained more professional and proper vehicle management should be taken care of as ususally there is a long waiting and the staff members don't bother much about that. Sometimes the owner himself manages the vehicles which is a good thing as he is concerned about his business and service. The same ethics should be followed by the staff members too.
