Rude and offensive behavior by the female receptionist. We had booked a room at TukTuk palace by OYO and when we went there the receptionist forced us to directly make the payment to the hotel and not in the OYO app. We have raised the complaint to the OYO support but the disastrous thing was that the female receptionist started using offensive words and misbehaved with us. Ultimately, we had to cancel the booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Pls stay away from them if you don't want to face rude behavior from the staff.

If there would have minus star, i would have given that too. Worst hotel in ranchi. During check in they will ask for ₹500 as a security deposit, during check out they will ask you to give them 5 star rating, if you deny to pay they will not return your security deposit, and will tell you rudely to leave. They don’t have even basic amenities, not even door mat. It was worst stay in any hotel. Very arrogant owner misbehaves with girls.

Misbehavior and harassment by the receptionist. I went to TukTuk palace on July 10 around 5 pm for check-in. I had booked the room from OYO. When I went to pay the amount through the OYO app the female receptionists present there started arguing with me that I must pay directly to the hotel. I politely asked her the reason and she got more upset and started using offensive words to me and my friend. If you don't want to encounter rude behavior with their staff, "STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL". I am never going back there nor would I recommend anyone.

The service was fine, the location is also good. There was no problem in reaching. But the room is very small, as if they have made it keeping in mind the work for which oyo is infamous for being booked. 😄 We felt like we were overcharged for the room and service, We booked for ₹1062 . The walls of the room were also dirty... ₹ 200 was taken as security money at the time of check in from us, which was given back at the time of check out. The AC was on, because of the small room, you get only one fan, which is a small wall-mounted one. The tv was not working. There is no separate parking facility, you have to park the bike outside on the side of the road. Thank you 🙏🏻 Please like in helpfull 😊

Please don't go Extremely disappointed even I don't wanna give 1 star and they are so rude. their behaviour are so unprofessionally and they forced me to give the review and give the five star. They having my 500 as a token amount and they refused to give the money and they said if you will not give the review will not give your money back. Please don't go 🙏

Pathetic, disastrous won't be recommending to any other person and whoever is reading this i personally ask you not to go for this hotel even staff is not supportive, receptionist is rude but these things doesn't matter as much the room condition does so let me explain what i went through, Got electric shock because there was naked electric wire hanging without having any warnings nearby, toilet was smelling like hell, blancket was torn, bugs found on the bed, ants were roaming around even one of my edible stuff was destroyed by ants, so had to check out next day even when our booking was of 3 days, and shifted to new hotel. Would have given zero star but that's not an option.

The location is good. Has got good eating options nearby. Staffs respond to queries immediately. However, the hotel should look into providing breakfast and tea to the customers.

Worst hotel i have ever seen , they charge extra money even after booking online. TV was not working, bathroom was not as it is shown in photos ,too small and tap was broken , Staff was too rude and was insisting to give 5 rating during checkout.

Room Service Not Available. Staff was really uncoopeative and money minded. Didn't have a restaurant or any food provision for breakfast. Didn't let us check out and return our refundable deposit until we put a review and

I went to this oyo hotel, the arrangement here is not good! At first the room was not clean and there were lots of hairs scattered all over the bed! Even the wall of the room was not good! The bathroom tap was broken, due to which I had a lot of trouble taking a shower! The hair dryer was bad too! There was no recharge in the TV, only the name of the TV was kept! The handwash bottle was empty! I am unhappy with the arrangement of the hotel!

Poor Hotel with no good service. Room is very dirty. They don't change Bedsheet.This is like a Sarai.This is not Family Hotel.This is only for couple.

Yuck dirtiest hotel visited,smellling as if room haven't been cleaned for months,dirty bedsheets,room all over was full of hairs,very little space ,u would feel very conjusted and ur mental health will be ruined,so plss do not visit this hotel at any cost.

Tuk tuk palace is at good location,near to nucleus mall lots of coaching and hotel available there and lots of health care facility available there

Wrost choice .. i can say railway platforms is better than this hotel. You can assume the quality. Dirty room/washroom. Wifi will not work. They will not provide water and handwash.. bed sheets and towel was too dirty. Room was smelling. Please don’t choose this hotel.. it will be wrong choice

Rude and offensive behavior by the Male receptionist. We had booked a room at TukTuk palace by AGODA and when we went there the receptionist had not given us the Room. We have raised the complaint to the AGODA support but the disgusting thing was that the Male receptionist started using offensive words and misbehaved with us. After being on call with AGODA support person till 45 minutes, they also not given me the proper resolution. Ultimately, I have asked AGODA support to cancel the booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL and his online service provider company AGODA. Pls stay away from them if you don't want to face rude behavior from the staff.
