Happy to have called Sutter Green my home for over the past four years! The apartments are spacious, clean and well furnished and the complex has all the amenities you could need including a pool, bbq area, workout room and lots of parking. It's also very dog friendly with a dog park and doggy bathing area if you have pets. The staff are friendly and very responsive if maintenance needs come up. And the neighbors in the community are amazing also! I just moved out since I bought a house, but if circumstances were different I'd love to have continued living there. Will miss all the friends from the community, but I'm glad that someone else will now have an opportunity to join in my place! I highly recommend Sutter Green to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home! Thank you for for being my home!

From the day we moved in, we were warmly welcomed into a community that genuinely felt like a home. The complex is beautifully maintained and every unit has its charm. What truly sets Sutter Green apart is the staff who work tirelessly to ensure the residents have a comfortable and pleasant living experience. The location was ideal for us, with close proximity to UC Davis where my fiancée was pursuing her Master's Program. The amenities were top-notch and well-kept, making our time here all the more enjoyable. Moving from home to a new city is never an easy process, but Sutter Green Apartments made it feel like a seamless transition. Moved in with my husband here and we absolutely love every part of our life here. The staff is always nice and helpful. You can tell that they are happy working there and the management is doubt an awesome job on keeping things organized. The amenities are working and taken good care of. Everything in apartments are new and we absolutely love the that all maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall 10/10 recommend and love everything about this place from location to every little detail!

Sutter Green is the place to be at! The community has really cute and modern apartments. Their staff is friendly and helpful. You will barely call maintenance for any issues. I highly recommend living here if you’re a young professional who want to enjoy luxury living within proximity to downtown Sacramento!

I've loved living at Sutter Green. I moved sight unseen from out of state and had the pleasure of working with Krista. From the very first phone call, she was attentive and listened to my needs. Everyone I've interacted with on staff has been more than pleasant. The communication about scheduled maintenance is always plenty of notice and in great detail. Management responds to inquiries within a timely manner. Best of all, the apartment is maintained beautifully! I constantly see maintenance or vendors working on the property, and their handwork shines through with how clean the property is. Very impressed with this community!!

Do not live here if you have a work from home job. Impossible to have conversation on the phone with people between the hours of 10-12 each day because 3 different people need to be moving the same leaves every single day. I sent a video in an email and need the manager to respond back. I have lived in 6 different apartments and have not had this problem with so much excessive noise. I called down to the office multiple times now and they just tell me to write an email but nothing gets accomplished or even a simple "I hear you and we are working on it"

This review is specifically for the maintenance team. They work so diligently around the clock to ensure the facilities are well taken care of. They always go above and beyond for tenant satisfaction. They definitely deserve their flowers I truly believe they play a huge hand in how comfortable and refreshing sutter green is as a place of residence. s/o to Derek for always being so welcoming and the guy with the beard who typically wears a bucket hat, you’re all amazing!
