I have never been so disappointed with dominos Aside from them forgetting my soda on the delivery the pizza is burnt and so is the chicken Seriously??? We won’t be eating this mess Guess I need to find a new pizza spot

Ordered online. 2 medium pizzas. Waited 70 minutes total. On the pizza tracker, I saw that it sat for 40 minutes at the store before being delivered. Sure enough, it was dry and tough. How do they want to make it right? By giving me 1 free pizza in the future or 20% off my next order. So, I have to spend money a second time to give them another chance. Mind you the free pizza is for delivery only and minimum order is $16. Domino's is usually on point but they must need drivers or something. Not my problem, I pay your to make pizza right the first time. If I gotta keep paying for you to do something wrong I might as well make it myself. If you can't make a delivery then cancel the order. We had a social contract. I pay you money, you deliver fresh-ish pizza. It's not a charity. I will no longer be donating to food service causes.

The last time I ordered from here, less than 2 weeks ago, dominos sent a coupon code for a free medium 2 topping pizza. Tonight I use that offer and order a pepperoni and mushroom pizza with a side of wings. When we get the order and open the pizza it looks fine, but as I’m taking my third bite I notice a lack of sauce. It’s as if whoever made this pizza used a small dropper to sprinkle the sauce on this pitiful pizza. I will not be ordering from here again I’d rather eat Papa John’s. Gross

This dominoes store never disappoints! I picked up pizza this evening and the two gentlemen were by themselves working the restaurant. Really kind! Our food looked amazing! The cook did an amazing job on the proportions! As a former RGM of a pizza place, you guys rock!

We are new to our home and accidentally typed wrong address when ordering online delivery. When our pizza didn't arrive, we realized the mistake and had to reorder. When pizza did arrive, we casually mentioned our mistake to the delivery driver. He was very understanding and said he would take care of it. Sure enough, a few minutes later I received an email that 1 of the payments was canceled. So A+ customer service. Will continue to order here for quick and decently priced dinner for the family.
