I would suggest this place strongly! I had a biopsy done here Aug.2023. Everything happened on schedule. From the moment I entered the facility till the minute I left everyone was helpful and caring. All the front desk staff and nurses are very sweet, respectful and professional. The nurse technician who took care of me was exceptional, she explained everything step by step before hand, she would not rush me, gave me time to ask my questions and more. She kept me comfortable through out the procedure, asking me if I was cold and needed a blanket. Dr. S. Kubaska as well. She would explain the steps of the procedure in details while being gentle and considered. I really appreciate all of them. Thanks again.

For what is (let's face it) a dreadful experience - this wasn't too bad!! I was whisked in right away, quick check-in process, almost no wait at any point. Every person was nice, polite, and efficient, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from my appointment time. Parking is better than it was on my previous visit - it was mid afternoon on a Wednesday.

The Breast Center is in an all new building. It feels so fresh, relaxing, and modern. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And there wasn't any wait time, just what it took to finish checking in. I was all done in about 30 minutes

In October I called to schedule my appointment for January. When I called I gave them my new insurance information. Leading up to the appointment I received numerous emails and texts asking me to confirm the appointment (I did). I took off of work that morning for my 9 am appointment. When I arrived they had me fill out paperwork and information on their Ipad. When they called my back they first put me in an office to discuss payment as they do not accept my insurance. I was shocked! They had months to tell me this but yet chose the moment before my appointment. When I asked why I was not given this information sooner the clerk only replied "I don't know", no apology for the inconvenience or lack of communication. As I left, clearly upset, she called out a patronizing "Have a nice day!". Even more shocking was a phone call later that day from the insurance/billing department. They wanted to let me know that they do not take my insurance. This person had no clue that my appointment had already passed! Once again, no apologies. Very disappointing.

I was very impressed with the quality, efficiency and professionalism at Saddleback Breast Center. The building is brand new & equipment is state of the art. I returned for an additional mammogram, ultrasounds and to review results with MD. Jennifer completed my mammogram & was kind, thorough and professional. She explained each step to gain the desired images. Radiology tech was also very experienced, knowledgeable, kind and positive. MD was open, communicated & listened well. I was very impressed and felt well cared for.

These people are always very kind and respectful! I sure hate this day every year. But they always seem to make things go a little better than expected! Nichole is amazing!

I had an excellent visit with the Breast Center. All personnel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was seen after the exam by the radiologist who gave me my findings. Relieved that I didn't have to wait a few more days to get my results.

Do not recommend going here. I went in for a mammogram because I needed to get a procedure and they charged be $518 because it supposedly wasn't covered by insurance. My insurance covered it completely, I have called to dispute the charge and there has been no resolution. This was back in October. Three days after the mammogram I went in for the procedure which they were unable to perform. A month later I got a bill for almost $700. I disputed that and still have not heard back from their billing department. They will rip you off if you give them the chance. Wish I could give less than a one star review.

Breast exams always make anxious but the staff at MemorialCare Breast Center in Laguna Hills made my experience so pleasant. From the front desk to the technicians to billing dept everyone was extremely friendly and kind and put me at ease immediately. I highly recommend this place .

The new facility is state of the art. It is large and well staffed. The whole process is streamlined and does not waste your time. The entire appointment took about 30 minutes, was not painful, and the new robes are very comfy. With my insurance I can go anywhere for my mammograms. I choose to go to Memorial Care Breast Center!
