Family of 5 here.we go to different indoor playgrounds weekly. After speaking to my oldest daughter who is 11 we conjointly made this review. Pros: -skating ring -trampoline park -ninja course -indoor playground -arcade -pool tables -massage chairs (Lots to do) -pretty clean just cluttered in the front -kids had fun Cons: -i didn't see a changing table in the woman restroom and I had to change my 1 yr old daiper here so I had to do it while she stood up in a stall. -2 of the quarter machine rides didn't work -the squishy quarter machine was a scam.advertised a animal squishy, she got a water balloon filled with water and orbiz -2 area of the trampoline park were torn/broke -small indoor playground -one of if not the most expensive play center we've gone to. -they don't answer the phone -frozen pizza not handmade As the website can be confusing as it's not ,I wanted to clear this for future visitors.i was told $20 for the first hour of jumping per person ,$10 each additional hour per person. Skating is $17 for 2 hours Wich includes skate rental.they are seperate.website says the smallest skate size they have is 10c.but the actual smallest is 9c as I was able to ask in person yesterday as see them with my own eyes. Refills cost the same as a new drink.wich I think was about $4.we ordered several as it was hot.we ordered icees also but the only flavor working was the cola slushee flavor. We had ate at golden corral right before we arrived,as after I read about the digiorno pizza.my husband said he saw them take the pizza out of the microwave to put in the oven the last few minutes or so. I spent a good 20 minutes on one of the massage chairs ,they are exactly like the ones at inland center mall.it was relaxing.i believe it was like $7 for 20 minutes.my husband tried it he said he put $2 for 4 minutes I believe.. All in all it was a good time.kids had fun.id recommend this place.my biggest peeve was not finding a changing table.

This place is worse than disgusting please do not take your children here unless you want to catch the stomach flu or any other kind of viruses and nastiness. The owner does not maintain any kind of ethics or cleaning mentality. Staff is lazy and was seen vaping by children while they jumped. I can't believe this place is still in business. It has so much potential if somebody knew what they were doing to run this place or save this place it would be a complete money maker. This place definitely needs a facelift or just shut down completely.

This place was very fun and affordable! We went around 1 pm wasn’t crowded at all had the place almost to our selves… I would really recommend this place my 7 year old and 2 year old had a blast we will be coming back.., is it perfect? No but definitely worth taking the kids for a fun day inside for the summer

This place is something else…. First off its cash only which in my opinion is kinda shady, like what type of business is only accepting cash and its 2023, get with the times man. When you first walk in there are scissor lifts, a car and junk collected in the corner, looks like someone or whoever owns the place is also using it as a storage unit very unprofessional looking, attended for a party and when the kids time limit was up for the jumping around they then started playing games with a person on the microphone over the speaker and i thought how convenient, pizza had cardboard crust, the party room they provided was more of a storage closet with no space and it a had a blacklight wow fancy. i would not return here, save your time and money, this place could be a serious money maker. Overall its feels rundown and dingy, needs more lighting, kinda feels like a setting to a scary movie.

We had our son's 12th bday here. Awesome trampoline park. Great place to bring the kids. They had fun activities for all ages. The kids took advantage of everything from rock climbing, to tight roping in the foam pit, ball pit jungle gym type area, roller skating, basketball, arcades, ping pong, and so much more. The owner was awesome and accommodating. They are in need of staff and still got everything taken care of for their customers. Owner was fun and on roller skates getting place to place quite quickly., staff was all nice and helpful. Thank you all for a very special birthday for my baby boy. We will definitely be back.

3 stars dont come easy from me but place looks like its taking a turn for the better. Seems as if the girl (mistress) is out n the owners daughter is at the helm. You can see the difference in cleanliness n overall professionalism. Last manager n her sister n nephews were clueless in business. But wow all the tramps are back open n im not scared to walk into the restrooms or sit down on 1 of those big soft sofas anymore. Like i always say "dont take somebody's word for it check it out. You'll be surprised. A great way to enjoy the day.

Place has good amenities. Highly understaffed. Dangerous at times due to lack of staff. Food could be better. Digorno pizzas are what they use for parties. Fun for the kids but keep your wyes on them due to lack of safety observing staff. Also a 5 year old girl that belongs to a worker runs around for hours without any supervision. She said her name is Madeline and doesn't know why no one cares to watch her. Sad.

Lots of fun for the kids. We were there 3 hours for a friends birthday party and would have stayed longer if our time didn't run out. The kids had a great time. A suggestion, i would have friendlier staff and more knowledgeable on how to treat young excitable children.

First time here! First of all the 3 employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful! TJ was great, answered all our questions, super helpful and friendly! He told us about their family package (totally worth it!) The guy at the concession stand was also super friendly. The other guy doing the climbing walls was very friendly and patient with the kiddos. 5 stars hands down when it comes to customer service. The place could be a bit cleaner for sure but overall the kids loved it, had a ton of fun and didn’t want to leave of course. Ohhhh and the pizza was actually very good. I immediately thought this is going to be like worse than chuckeecheese, judging by looks but no way I was very wrong, the pizza was great, very very good!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went for a birthday party and were not allowed to bring a cake in. Next we went to order pizza from the snack bar for 13 starving kids and were told we could not do that since we didn’t have a party booked with them!! Also it is very over priced for only an hour of jumping. The owner is a bit strange with weird rules but the kids he has working for him were all friendly and nice. This place needs a lot of work.

Old, dilapidated equipment, not safe. Very little supervision. Person in charge/on the mic bossy, condescending to the kids. Music wildly inappropriate for a family place. Cash only, gross entrance area, would not go back.

Great place to take the kids. A few things that can improve. First of all they don’t take cards only cash and transfers from your bank. Second of all they don’t allow you to take a cake in if you don’t Book a party. It’s only two hours of play. Other places you could stay all day. The environment has a cool vibe and the food is reasonable and it has a good selection.

This is a very fun place for kids. Seating is comfortable, and the music is clean and fun for the kids to enjoy. The entertainment is good for them and the prices are good for drinks. Entry is Quite pricey for me, but he loved it.

My daughter had a great time jumping and playing to the music at the Sage Oak social that was held there. $10 to jump for hours is a good deal. Bring a book to read while you kid plays.

I'm currently here with my 2 kids, ages 6, and 7. Wayyyy to many rules to the point the kiddos were scared to play because they thought they were not ""following the rules""" . Every few minutes the owner would get on the speaker to give out a new rule. NO RUNNING, NO SCREAMING, NO GETTING ON THE SAMR TRAMPOLINE AS ANOTHER PERSON, NO SITTING IN THE BALL PIT, NO NOTHING. GOOD LUCK WHEN COMING HERE , YOUR EITHER GOING TO KREP GETTING SCREAMED AT BY THE RUDE EMPLOYEES OR OWNER, OR YOU ARE GOING TO BE BREAKING THE 1 OUT OF 400 RULES. LIKE I KNOW THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP THE KIDS SAFE, BUT THIS IS A PLACE TO HAVE FUN AND LET THE KIDS HAVE FUN AND BE KIDS, BUT IF THEY CAN'T RUN, THEY CANT YELL, THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO JUMP QUIETLY... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

All in all a very fun place for kids and adults who like to keep up with their kids. Adults, if you want to just sit and let the kids play, you can do that too. As far as clean... Maybe just ok. They require you to wear no slip socks which you have to pay 3 dollars for and if you go to the restroom or to wash your hands and you step in a puddle, then you have wet socks. I wasn't a fan of that. They need someone to work the bathrooms and keep the floor dry and clean. So, plenty of things to keep your kids busy. Kinda pricey but if you plan on coming back, keep your socks because you can reuse them and won't have to buy more every time you come. We had a good time and my grandson loved it.

The skating rink was closed as well as the airbag jump thing. The employee told me that they only turn it on when they have more people there. Well I just paid full price and had 2 attractions closed. Not good business I would say.

We took my nephew for his birthday and it was a cute place. The game the DJ tried to do with the kids wasn't great, but it was OK. We were dissapointed about them running out of pizzas. The issue with that came when a kid from the concession stand tried to pawn off 3 pizzas that someone else did not come back for (after they had been cooked and after we were told they had "absolutely no other pizzas whatsoever"

-For a children’s place, the music is inappropriate -the equipment was old and not safe -the MC needs to learn how to give proper directions for games! There are little kids playing and he made basic red light/green light rules extremely confusing Not coming back here.

Good place to bring the kids. It us run down but the staff is attentive and the facility is clean. Watch for crowds as the place fills up with energetic children

Fun for all ages. They have a great sort of a American Ninja Warrior course, trampolines, a whole playground with lots of slides. My kids, from ages 1 to 13 really liked this place.

The facility is not maintained but the kids have fun. The foam pit is closed. They accept cash only in 2023. They are much more expensive then kids empire which is an all day pass(adults are free at kids empire). The foam in their bars and tight road is warn and sheds on your clothes.

I drove 45 min to this place on 2/18/2021 and it was CLOSED completely. It even looked like the building was for sale. Calling their phone number gives you no info. Just wanted to share that this place was closed so no one else wastes their time trying.

  • 2/5 Nicole 1 year ago on Google
The description is a bit misleading. Although this used to be an indoor roller skating rink, it has since been converted into an indoor trampoline park with an outdoor skating area, which is through a door behind the building. There are no additional amenities— not even a bench outside for you to sit. Oh, and we were also locked out and had to knock on the window to be let back in. To be fair to the owners, they did allow us to look at the new skating rink before making our purchase, and needless to say, we were disappointed

Very good place. I went there everyday, and i definitely recommend buying that 100 dollar month pass if it still available, and of course, if you have time to go on many different occasions during the month.

Been coming here since I myself was a child. Back when this was called roller city. Now I take my daughter here and she has a blast;fun, energetic, and cheap. Biggest complaint though is the owner. Since I can remember he has always been stickler and often makes open announcements calling out children over the PA speakers who, pull out foam cubes or run. Often breaks the fun atmosphere that is so well loved when I go. Overall a great place to bring your children but be wary of the owner as he is HEAVY with the rules and has no issue announcing which children are breaking the rules and threatening to cut wrist bands openly.
